Bait and switch - claimed they could get me cheaper tickets and took my money but airline has no record of changes or a refund due. "David" (not his real name, I'm pretty sure) took two credit card numbers after saying one website was down - now I'll be watching to make sure they aren't misused.

Travelodaddy quoted a price for my flight, then called the next day and said my flight would cost more a lot more $900 more. My credit card was billed $245 showing Frontier Airline as the carrier even though my booking was with Delta. I disputed the charge for the Frontier flight, Frontier then sent several documents to support their charge the documents were from a different flight in someone else's name even a different amount of charges. It looks like Frontier Airline and Travelodaddy may be in this scam together. Plus my credit card was found on the dark web the next day. Be Ware

I recently had a terrible experience with Travelodaddy and strongly advise against using their services. If you value reliability and transparency, I’d recommend booking elsewhere. Save yourself the headache!

Make sure to take note that the prices on the website will not be the price you pay, You will pay much more! Customer service is not available 24/7 like it says. Seems like one owner operator. Could not board plane with boarding passes provided. Agent had to call airline to straighten out. Larry also lied about bag cost. Suggest not using. Better to go to airline

not the times i wanted to fly.
I’ll never use this “un” service again.

Gave 1 star because there is no 0 stars!!! Horrible experience! Flight ended up costing at least double what it was supposed to due to airline CARRY ON baggage policy that was added on!

I booked a flight 3 days ago and have yet to recieve confirmation from you as promised by your agent. He said I would get a telephone call and email. Neither has happened. The last 2 days I have spent more than 3 hours, "waiting for the next available agent" which NEVER happens. Why list a # that no one actually answers, just music until you are timed out and discinnected? I have emailed your alleged company with zero response. This forces me to report you to the Colorado State Attorney Generals office when they open Monday.

I cancelled my booking a few hrs after, on July 22, but they attempted to use my credit card to purchase from FRONTIER GDS DE in the amount of USD284 and USD668. Well, good thing I am wiser than them because my bank has the option to lock my cc whenever I'm not in use of it. But seriously, can Interpol not do anything abt this scammers?

Buen servicio y buena atención

tickets need to be issued immediately by the agents so we avoid a situation like this one where an agent tells a customer to book economy tickets (instead of basic economy) so he can pick his seat and bring personal items and one carry on. But the next calls me and said there is no more main cabine tickets (whil in reality there were some because we booked it).

Es un engaño, te ilusionan con un buen precio y después llega un mail diciendo que te intentaron llamar , no es cierto, igual piden que regreses la llamada y al hacerlo quieren cobrar 5 veces mas de lo que compraste, no recomiendo perder el tiempo
