Don't use these people, just a rip off.

Lincoln worked hard to find me the best possible rate for my business class tix to Mumbai and delivered verifiable E tickets on Etihad , I know they have lot of bad press on internet some precipitated by middle east war situation and air space closures and airline canceling flights but if you have patience and keep in mind you have back up protection from your Credit Card Bank , I do not believe this business is a scammer

Stay away, or none of your money back. Don’t fall for “we advertise the lowest fare on Google Flights”; you will, and let me say that again, WILL regret it. Book straight with the airline.

Booked a flight for my wife on December 30, to fly on April 5.

First, they called to upsell us like a used car lot, to the point where I simply wanted a refund. At that point, they booked the flight promised, and provided an airline confirmation code the next day.

Second, about 1 week before the flight, my wife tells me that Delta is telling her her flight is cancelled. I call these guys, and they give me a different airline confirmation code.

My wife shows up at the airport and is told the flight was cancelled some time ago and refunded to the booking entity (Adam Vacations) some time ago.

My wife had book a flight for 50% more to fly home the next day.

They didn't have the process or decency to contact a client when their ticket is cancelled... they just quietly sent her on her way and kept the money.

I called them to discuss and they said they can't issue a refund on the phone, and that I had to, get this, "trust them" that they will send some internal emails and get back to me.

Trusting them is not an option. My credit card company immediately reversed the charge.

We will never book with these clowns again.

Robert worked with me and helped me booked our flights for summer vacation.

If I could give 0 stars...I would. This company is a scam. Immediately after booking they asked for more money, I paid the extra because I was so sick of looking for flights. The next day I received this email (which I ALMOST didn't open because it came from a different site and seemed like spam:

Dear Passenger,

Greetings from Adam Vacations!

We would like to inform you that your payment has been successfully processed.
Booking Reference Number: USasdfsadf

Although your payment was completed, the system was unable to generate the booking confirmation. Accordingly, the full refund has been processed to your account in the original form of payment.

You could so easily miss that this had happened. When I called to complain they tried to make me pay more. I said never mind, and booked through another site for less then they were asking. Then went to check on my refund. No refund. I called and they just kept saying that the refund could take 45 days. It took 5 seconds to transfer my money to them. This is theft. I need the $1000+ that they are keeping for the other flight that I had to buy.

I booked the ticket through the Adam Vacation today. Mr. Vaibhav, the manager called me personally to check whetehr I have received the tickets and also checking the details. His eye-to-detail approach helped a lot. Thanks to Vaibhav and Adam Vacations. Keep up the good work.

Desde hace 15 dias estoy esperando la devolución de mis $2803 de un vuelo que me cancelaron y prometieron en 8 dias estaría en mi cuenta (para empezar nunca debieron cobrar si no confirmaron mi reserva y 10 h después de hecha me llamaron para cancelarme) que falta de respeto nunca compren a Adam vacation si no quieren salir estafados, esto lo arreglaré con mi banco no crean que van a quedarse con mi dinero
