Purchased a number of items on 4/5/20 totaling $191.00. Kept checking my order online; nothing has been shipped. They just updated the expected ship date further and further out but nothing has ever actually been shipped. Kept trying to connect with Customer Service via their "Chat Online" portal on their site; no representatives ever replied. Have called several times and just kept getting told to e-mail Customer Service, which I've done several times but never received any reply. The receptionist said that my items were out of stock and back-ordered, although they showed In Stock on the site when I placed the order. Her ridiculous reply: "Well they were probably in stock when you ordered but have since sold out." They clearly have no sort of inventory control system!

I find it VERY SUSPICIOUS & UNETHICAL that American Screening charges customer's credit cards at the time the order is placed. I do A LOT of shopping online and all other merchants charge the customer only if 1) products are in stock, 2) when the order is shipped. But American Screening immediately charged my account back on 4/5 and has kept the money all this time without communicating with me about order status or shipping me a single item.

I just sent Customer Service one more e-mail and left one more phone message as a last chance for them to make good on my order. If I don't get a reply, I intend to file a complaint about American Screen Corp. with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and the Better Business Bureau (BBB). The BBB can't shut them down, only try to to resolve an issue, but the FTC can definitely investigate American Screening's business practices and shut them down, if needed, and get my money back.

Yall some scamming ppl for one i been waiting on my dna results for over a month i been calling leaving voicmails emails an then some only for yall to not respond to neither then on top of that yall charge me $125 an that wasnt even the price yall was supposed to charge me then i kept calling an yall said nobody was in the office to give me my results an that i would have to call back the nxt day an which i did that finally yall called me back the following month an asked did i want yall to go alone with the process🙄duhh if i paid my money why the freak wouldnt i want yall to go alone with it then yall called back gave me my results over the phone instead of sending them to my gmail🤔the lady said she was gone send my results to my gmail the same day she called an never did i been waiting another month for yall to send them kept calling nobody answers the phone an right then an there i knew yall scammed me out my money then tlking bout due to the CORONA it would take longer naw thats cool because i orderd another test from a diffrent company but yall gone gt yalls because God dont like ugly ima just take that money as a lost cause obviously yall needed that lil $125 more than i did an im still sitting on money forget yall an ima tell everybody not to order nothing else from yall broke down company😌have a nice funky day

Purchased over $250 worth of in stock hand sanitizer on 3/11 only to find out on my own that it was actually out of stock. I immediately called customer service and after a few hours finally got thru to someone. I tried to cancel my order once the rep informed me she had no idea when my hand sanitizer would be back in stock, but was told that she had been instructed to tell all customers who call regarding backordered hand sanitizer and/or masks that no cancellations would be allowed. Now when I try to call customer service, I either get a busy signal or a message stating the voicemail is full. Numerous emails to customer service have all gone unanswered. Over a month and a half later and still no hand sanitizer. My elderly mother and sister were also scammed. The BBB has received so many complaints against American Screening that the company has lost their accreditation. The BBB has forwarded all the complaints to the Louisiana Attorney General's Office.

Like many others, I ordered product from this group and they promptly charged my credit card for roughly $175.00. SInce they advertised on the WSJ I assumed they would be above board. When I initially placed my order I did call the toll free number and managed to get someone on the phone who said that the product was in stock. Since placing the order, you cannot get through on the phone. The online portal does not recognize my order number. They have never responded to two emails and a voice mail.

Since they are completely unresponsive I am left to believe they are a fraud. Problem is that they continue to advertise.

They should all be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law criminally. They are selling medical products that many people need for their personal safety and that of their family. When you place an order, you are reassured that your product will come. When it doesn't you are both mad that you have been defrauded. Even more important, you and other people who placed orders are placed in greater personal risk because they stopped looking for legitimate sources of supply of essential protective products.

I feel horrible! I ordered 16 oz/12 in a box of Hand Sanitizer for my boss/our company on 3/29/20, and we still have not gotten our product! I have emailed numerous times and no response. I called and was put on hold, then I was cut off! What can we do now? I see where it says the order is "complete." What liars! I will contact our company American Express and report fraud on our account. I gave these people many weeks to get this straight and they don't respond, not even a quick email! This is truly a SCAM COMPANY!

This has to be the worst company around. Ordered 5 bottle of hand sanitizer on 4/2/2020 it is now 4/25/2020 and surprise.....nothing!!!!

YOUR BANK WILL REFUND YOUR MONEY WITH A SIMPLE PHONE CALL!!

UPDATE.....THE ATTORNEY GENERAL HAS TOLD ME THAT THEY ARE NOW UNDER INVESTIGATION!!!!

Really poor customer service, i gave them multiple opportunities to make a bad situation right and they never responded to my requests for help....They were quick to take our money and over a month and waiting for our product....they could have told us from the beginning that the product was out of stack with no stock date known....never again....there are many other similar sites that you can go to for testing supplies, face masks etc who won't take money from you! stay away

Never shipped my order. No response. Scam.

Placed an order for sanitizer and a month later they still have not shipped. Requested a refund three times and still nothing. No one answers the phone. Stay away.

Placed order early March for hand sanitizer because their website said it was in stock and could ship within 48 hours. Within minutes of placing order, called company to confirm ship date. Rep said they didn't have in stock and didn't know when they could ship. Said I understood, so please cancel order and return my money. She refused. Wasted hours calling and emailing company, begging to simply cancel my order and return my money. Reps still refused. Reps were rude and condescending -- one rep told me they were too busy filling new orders from bigger companies, so I'd have to wait. Finally got PayPal involved. Emailed today, 4.21, that they ruled in my favor and returned my money. Thank goodness for PayPal. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Do not order from them. Scammers. I had to dispute the charge with my bank.

Don’t buy from this company!

I didn’t check reviews before I buy. My mistake!
I bought 3 items from them and after 20 days I received Only one item. I tried to call, sent emails and they don’t answer. No communications, no refunds. Horrible company, taking advantage of people in time like these. I’ll fill a small claim against them.
And I don’t know what’s happening with this website Trustpilot which removed my previous review.

THEY ARE A SCAM, they take your money and you never receive your order, I should've google them before I order. I just find out from other places that I'm not the only one. They never answer their phones, emails or chats. They are a low class citizens.

This is just another Scumbag profiting off the misery of others. DO NOT ORDER from them. If you watch their Website, their phone number changes every 10-15 minutes. You can NEVER get through to them to track your order. Please do NOT give them your hard earned money

Took my money and never delivered - no record of my order even with order #, invoice # and credit card charged over a month ago. Dispute filed. Buyer Beware - stay away from this RIP-OFF

Yes. Not picking up there phone. Not answering emails. Their website allows you to place an order without them having stock. I just received 1/2 of my order after 3 weeks. It was hand sanitizer. Very sticky. Will never do business with this company again

Wow I see I’am not the only having a problem. I ordered mask and gloves they just sent the gloves it two weeks, I’am still waiting on two more orders. I’ve been calling but they hang up. I called back got someone on the phone gave a song and dance story how busy they are which I agreed then told me that customer service was out for lunch and they would call back still waiting its been a week.. I wish would of seen this before buying Beware!!!! Oh there not listed in the BBB no information on this company...

I ordered 50 drug testing kits on Feb 13. I have not received my order or had any responses to the teens of emails Ive sent. This is highway robbery, Do not order anything from these people.

Go to the Better Business Bureau and the reviews will tell you ALL you need to know. I placed an order for hand sanitizer and Clorox wipes with this horrible, horrible company on March 13, which totaled a hefty $153.62, was then charged a ridiculous $197.62 for two day shipping on the $153.00 order. March 18th, I went on their website live chat (Joke) to cancel my order. When I tried to go on it again, the live chat was turned off. Sent two emails to cancel. Still nothing and I still haven't received my money or items as of April 12th. Received an email this morning saying they were shipping items and to track delivery click their link. Click the link and the link doesn't work because THEY SPELLED THEIR OWN NAME WRONG IN THE LINK. RUNAWAY from, as the link states, "American Screeing Inc".

BOGUS COMPANY............they're only out to steal ppls money as you can't get phone calls thru nor get them to answer any emails regarding your order. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AS IT IS A FAKE COMPANY AND ONLY SCAMS YOU OUT OF YOUR MONEY.
