BEWARE OF ORDERING FROM HERE
No customer service ever available. I have given yhem to orders and have a partial return on one but am so tired of not being able to get any answers xcept should receive in 5 to 7 days. the first order was april 4 of course they have taken out the money from my bank card. i just found out they are not BBB accredited. I have sent numerous emails live chats and no satisfaction. Have cancelled 1st order and asked for refund received the normal should received in 5 to 7 days. I have contacted BBB and will not stop there.

Horrible, horrible, horrible..... They indicate that they have PPE 'available and ready to ship'... total rubbish. They are simply doing this to have the buyer purchase product that they obviously do not have. Then they leave you hanging.. Not a reputable company. Buyer beware...

Ordered hand sanitizer in March.Granted the Corona virus was an issue however I paid $160 a gallon which was a rip off.It now sells on their site for $65.I sent 4 emails cancelling the order a week after I ordered it.No response.They took my payment and then took almost 3 months to deliver it.Total lack of customer service and price gouging to boot.

Horrible company. Deceptive . DO NOT SHOP HERE. BELIEVE THE REVIEWS! Placed an order almost 4 months ago. They quickly took payment, but did not deliver. Sent many emails and left voice mails. There website added a standard form response blaming the pandemic, but this can not explain the lack of customer service or why customers cannot receive a simple order status! Cancelled the order and still no response. They will not take a call or respond to any voice mail messages. Avoid the hardship and shop elsewhere. Trust the poor reviews, not this company.

This is a company of liars, cheats and thieves. In March, 2020 I placed an order for Hospital Grade sanitizing wipes in barrel shaped containers, hand sanitizer and Large size gloves. Today, 3 months later to the date, I receive a box filled with medium size gloves, no hand sanitizer, and pouches of wipes..all written in Chinese. I have asked to return the incorrect merchandise, but to no avail. Save yourself money, time and agony. Do not buy anything from them.

I agree with all the reviews already written. Also spoke with "Chris" via chat. Told 5 to 7 days every time. Left multiple messages and emails, no response. Refused to give me tracking info even though it had supposedly been shipped. I ordered supplies from this company in the past, no problem but apparently the original company I ordered from is out of business. I have reported to BBB and plan to report to attorney general after the holiday weekend. This company is a scam!

I would never recommend this company. Ordered products at the end of March and still haven't gotten them. Don't need it now and have repeatedly asked for my order to be cancelled and they have gone from beating around the bush to outright ignoring me. Bs and poor business practice. This company's customer service is shameful.

This company is absolutely a scam. If you have an issue and want to resolve it? Don't count on it. No one ever answers the phone, they do not return voice mail messages, no one is available to "chat" (I take that back; I was able to get through to a salesperson 1 time. He just lied to me and told me over and over that my order was scheduled to arrive the following week. That was 2 weeks ago. It still has not arrived.), and they do not respond to emails. This includes their Customer Service and Sales Departments. They are continually advertising all these new products available, yet they cannot fulfill the orders they still have open. Why would you advertise that you are selling 1-gallon bottles of hand sanitizer if you have got customers who have been waiting for 2 months to receive 2 8-oz bottles? I have requested a full refund but it stands to be seen that I will get that money back. Perhaps it's time for them to experience small claims court if they haven't already.

This place is a SCAM!! Needed a no contact thermometer. Found one "available" on their website. I needed to have it shipped next day, so I payed $45 extra for overnight shipping. I spoke with "Chris" via chat on their website and he confirmed that it wouldn't be a problem to ship the thermometer overnight, so I went ahead and placed the order. After 2 days, we didn't receive tracking nor did we receive the delivery. Called American Screening, spoke to a lady and she told us that there was no way she could ship overnight (keep in mind that this is already 2 days after we placed the order) and asked if we wanted to cancel the order. We asked her to cancel the order immediately and requested a full refund. We never got a cancellation email, so we called again,spoke to another lady and she said that she will make sure a manager called us (this is now 5 days in). We never got a call but that night we received an email stating that our package was being shipped overnight. We didn't need the thermometer anymore! We already purchased another one and we were just waiting for a refund because we cancelled the order with the first person we talked to!!!! If we payed an extra $45 bucks for overnight, we really mean that we want it overnight! Otherwise why would I pay $45 to have it delivered exactly 1 week later? Stay away from these people! They are not professional and have a bunch of lying ding-dongs working for them.

This company is a scam. Do not order. They take your money and don't send the product. They won't answer any phone calls or return any. The online Chat doesn't work as there is nobody to chat with ever.

Nightmare!!! After waiting over 2 months and making a dozen phone calls and another dozen emails with zero response a leaking package was at my door in the hands of a UPS driver. He was smart enough to scan it refused and damaged. Thank God I got a refund from Paypal. This company is a farce!

Ordered hand sanitizer. They charged the card. Two months later, still nothing. Disputed the charge with American Express, so not out anything. But I will certainly be following up with my contacts in the Louisiana DOJ's Public Protection Office. Somebody needs to do time over this. Hope they need hand sanitizer in Angola.

Made a purchase of $5985.00 on 4/18/20 to ship thermometers, disinfectant wipes and hand sanitizer to 3 business locations. Due to the COVID-19 crisis I expected some back orders and delayed shipments as the therms and wipes were not in stock at the time. The hand sanitizer was and to this day shows as in stock and available to ship. As of 5/15/20, only 1 of 17 gallons of hand sanitizer has been received, the other items ship date has been pushed back twice and 3 emails and a voice mail to their customer service number have all gone unanswered. 05/26/20 my bank has reversed the charges and credited my account, apparently the merchant will have an opportunity to appeal the decision. I would encourage anyone who has had a similar experience to contact their bank and pursue a dispute!

Don't order - as you will not receive.

If you did order and have not received - call your credit card company, report the fraud, dispute the charge and let your credit card company do their thing - they have a much bigger foot print in the world than we do.

Do NOT order anything from this company.Once they get your money you will never hear from them again. I ordered a product 2 months ago. Since then I've had zero response from them after repeatedly emailing, calling, and leaving messages. Since I paid through Paypal I am going to file a dispute with them to hopefully recoup my money. This company is a joke.

Better off than most of the customers At least I received something which most people didn't. Ordered a case of dispenser bottles of hand sanitizer and ended up with a gallon jug. At least it was usable after I bought a bunch of dispenser bottles.

Waited 2 months for hand sanitizer and gloves ordered in March. This company simply does not exist. There are no actual products being sold. No phone, no email, no customer service department responses. Fake updates on pushing pretend order delivery dates forward on website. Called Discover Card, they reversed the charge, cancelled my current card and sent me a new card. From 2 months ago the $7.95 hand sanitizer I ordered tripled in price on their website. If I didn’t cancel my card, they would have kept charging the new tripled price of the non-delivered items continuously. Their website actually states that price increases will be billed out. My advice, check your charge bills carefully.
