repeated unsolicited sales calls
I am writing this review to document repeated unsolicited sales calls from American Screening, despite multiple requests to be removed from their call list.
Over the course of several calls, I asked at least three times to be taken off their marketing list. Despite this, I received another call on 04/08/2026 at 1:46 PM (PST) from (318) 532-4671. During that call, I requested to speak with a supervisor and was transferred to an individual named Myoha, who assured me that our number would be removed from future marketing calls.
However, the following day on 04/09/2026 at 6:52 AM (PST), I received yet another call from the same number. I called back to follow up and was informed that the issue would be escalated. I then proceeded to block the number (318) 532-4671.
Despite blocking that number, I received another call from American Screening a few hours later from a different number, (318) 532-4895, at 11:49 AM.
At this point, the repeated calls—especially after multiple opt-out requests and confirmation from a supervisor—are becoming excessive and disruptive. This pattern of calling from different numbers after being blocked is frustrating and raises concerns about professionalism and respect for business operations.
I respectfully request that American Screening immediately cease all marketing calls to our business and ensure our number is permanently removed from all call lists.

I see all of these reviews are in 2020, must have been covid, I know ASC for their drug test and they are definitely not scammers. They have sold my facility broken wings, drug test for over 10 years. We love the product, the customer service, and they are the only company who will call and appreciate me for my continued business and continue to give me a discount for my loyalty. I don't know other companies that do the same thing. ASC brings the family like approach to modern sales. I love it when my rep calls, even if i don't need to order- it feels they go out of their way to make me smile.

ASC is the best company I have worked with. Cody Kilgallen is a ball of energy and has made my purchasing job a lot more exciting. This kid does whatever it takes to make sure every customer is happy. His assistant Caroline is a doll. she is super sweet and helps me get everything out ASAP. I have worked with ASC off and on over the last 15 years and can say I have no idea why people would leave these reviews. Ron Kilgallens has overcome so many people attacking him and his company's reputation for years and it needs to stop. I have met Ron, Shawn, and even Cody in person and they are the kindest souls. This new precision cup is the best cup I have ever put my hands on!!!!! I believe this is ASC competition leaving these nasty reviews. Michellie is in Customer service, and she is AWESOME!!! It is absolutely insane that you guys would try and put dirt on a family company. There is no one like ASC
The service is as horrible as the customer service
The service here at American Screening Corporation is just as horrible and annoying as this company's customer service. I was never able to have my transaction with this company fulfilled, so I had to reach out to customer service representative to resolve the matter. However, both of the employees I've spoken to were extremely disrespectful and rude.
No sense of good customer relations
Never received delivery, customer service is non-existent. I have chased them three times. Being given promises of delivery dates and nothing turns up. Don't use this company, they absolutely have no sense of good customer relations. If I could have given you zero stars I would have.
Avoid the "Cheap Trap" Set by These Awful People
They sell their products cheap and offer fast deliveries. Sound perfect, right? It's all fake, and the low prices are there to trap you. These terrible people delay deliveries and keep you busy as you will have to chase them. It's ridiculous, but I had no choice. I chased them for weeks for urgent delivery. I recommend everyone to avoid it and not trust these horrible people who always lie to customers.
I Had a Terrible Experience Twice — BEWARE!
These people lie blatantly about deliveries and don't stick to what they promise. I ordered a few products and the delivery was delayed twice. It was useless to talk to their customer service team as the woman who took my call both times was rude, disrespectful, and extremely arrogant. I suggest you avoid this nightmare and order from elsewhere. Don't let the low prices fool you. The service is terrible!
Got stressed with the ridiculous customer service
This company has such an awful customer service that I merely got stressed dealing with the agents. Instead of having my concerns resolved, the employees I spoke to were all rude and disrespectful while not being able to provide any useful information. The company's management should do something about this.
They don't care about customer's satisfaction
Was not given next day delivery as I paid for and then as I proceeded to notify them that I was upset about the service I received they continued to blame it on my misunderstanding of delivery methods. They don't care about customer satisfaction, as I was referring to their high reviews as evidence that they don't have problems. I will never purchase from this company ever again.
Dreadful Customer Experience: Boss's Cunning Tactics and Untrained Employees
Being a customer of this company was a dreadful experience. The boss was constantly yelling at us, making the atmosphere extremely unpleasant. His cunning tactics to manipulate customers into buying their products were appalling and made us feel like we were being taken advantage of. To make matters worse, the employees seemed untrained and unable to answer basic questions, leaving us feeling frustrated and dissatisfied with our experience. Overall, it was an awful experience that we hope to never have endure again.
Our company can't accept it anymore!
The company has a competitive price in the market but the quality and realibility were questionable. They deliver products with most damages and our company can't accept it anymore!
BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!
This company makes it difficult to return items. I have contacted American Screening a number of times to ask for a refund, but so far no money has come. I expect the money will come but it is long delayed and has required frustrating follow up.
Rude customer service representative
I recently had a bad experience with their customer service. Their representative was rude and not entertaining. I didn't know if he just had a bad day or that was his real attitude. It's important for companies to make sure that their CSRs are properly trained and that they are prepared to handle customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
I don't patronize them anymore
They had the worst customer service out there, so I don't patronize them anymore. It was always evident with their staff that they've never undergone customer service training whatsoever, so they didn't know how to properly and politely deal with their customers.
The quality of has deteriorated
The quality of their products has deteriorated for some reason. We've been asking about it and wanted to return or at exchange the product to a different brand, but they didn't allow it.
Broken Trust
These people broke my trust at the height of the pandemic. We needed the essential medicines, and their deliveries were often late. Only trust them if you want to be betrayed.
They should fix their systems
They always get you the wrong items aside from the delayed shipment. They should really fix their systems because it's obviously wasting our time and money. Their client won't keep hanging around for long if they keep up with this

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! I have ordered from here before and not had an issue, however this time I placed an order - paid, and they charged my card, and then NOTHING ... no shipping email, no email saying item was backordered, just NOTHING....
So I REACHED OUT TO THEM after about 2 weeks to remind them I have been charged for something I never received and spoke to Shon - who REPEATEDLY reminded me that she was the ONLY PERSON WORKING CUSTOMER SERVICE - she said the item I ordered was not available as a single, and that is why it did not ship, but she would have them break a case and send to me. cool. Well, a few days later, still no shipping - reach out to Shon again, who tells me she does not know what they do in the warehouse, but she asked them to do it, and now it's friday, so if I do not get shipping notification, can I email her Monday to check on it. So now this will be the THIRD TIME I have to reach out to them for an order I placed and paid for - WTH. So I email on Tuesday - Well here we are on Friday again, and I never got a reply and STILL no shipping confirmation - It has now been 4 weeks since my order, and now I need to dispute the charge on my card. Thanks for NOTHING. Literally - not even an email. If I had forgotten, and not reached out - I would have paid and never received anything. NOT the way to run a business!!!!
