A simple process is made into a complicated one which led us to the decision of cancelling our orders. That's where all the bad mouthing started. They are very unprofessional in handling issues and situations like this. The company should train and teach their employees some manners first.

This is the worst company that i have done business with in my entire life. They usually send send the wrong cups, when I say usually its 7 out of 10 times. The other times i was overcharged or never received the cups. I put up with it for as long as i could because the prices were cheap, not anymore. Mercedes Medical will be getting my business!

I was not sent anything but one item that I paid for.. this company gave me substitutes that I did not want and kept my money

If I could give them a negative review I would! I’m from Staten Island, New York. I placed a small order back in Early March,2020. Paid by Discover. Never received the order. Tried to contact them couldn’t get through. Spoke to Discover. Back and forth for months. Charged me. Finally got contact info from Discover. Called and spoke to a woman, explained I never recd order. On hold. Sad a supervisor would call. Still waiting!!!! Don’t order from them !!!!

I made an order. They cannot ship it in several months. I sent many email/phone call to cancel the order. But it can never be cancelled. Really sucks

Do NOT ORDER anything from this company!! Worst experience EVER!! I placed an order at the first of april.... It just found it way to my house a week ago!! This is almost SEPTEMBER!! ALMOST 6 MONTH'S. Never will I ever get or recommend this company they shouldn't even be able to have a business. I give them a negative 10 no stars from my experience

Order item it took 3 months before shipping it. So, i cancel my order. On end of June I got the item but they shipped the wrong item. Tried to call them several times and finely talked to the customer service and I've told her I cancel my other and i got the wrong items. She emailed me the return label and return the item since July 3 and did not get my refund yet on my visa. Called them couple of the times and living a messages and never return my call until today i spoke to the customer service said that the accounting dept. never got anything from there warehouse to refund me. I went on Fed ex checked my tracking # and said that the warehouse received it on July 7. This is the first and last Im buying to them. Communication really bad and refund your money takes so long.

Please do not use this company it took 9 weeks to get a part of what I order the product was awful and I never got the rest of my money back.Find someone else please.

I ordered Purell hand sanitizers. Took them almost 4 months to ship the product to me. Called, emailed and left them messages but never got a return call. Worst of all, it wasn’t even Purell brand but their own brand that shipped to me, and the smell was HORRIBLE!!! Called them and emailed to them about It, and again, never heard back from them.
It was my first and last time I ever purchased anything from them. Very bad customer service and horrible quality! Worst experience EVER!!

I'm very sorry I didn't think to check Trustpilot before I ordered from this company. It sounds as if my story is identical to all the others. About 4 months ago when we had first gotten wind of the pandemic I searched online for a site through which I could order hand sanitizer and disposable gloves. The hand sanitizer arrived after over 3 months, long after they had restocked my local grocery store shelves with it. The gloves, which I eventually found in a small market, never did arrive. I ordered them about 4 months ago. Numerous emails to their customer service address along with online chats with them, were all to no avail. My advice---AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. I'm wondering if American Screening Corp might just be a sham company. Despite having never fulfilled my order, the company continues to bombard my inbox with a barrage of email ads every week advertising various products.

Absolutely deceitful to deal with. Ordered in March and finally got someone on the phone. They said they would fill and ship my order that day. When I received a box from them it was not at all what I ordered. Filed a complaint with the BBB. Took my money immediately when I ordered but REFUSED to issue a refund multiple times that I requested. Needs to be investigated for what I believe to be illegal business practices. They suck and I'll never consider them again.

My story is pretty much like all the others here. Ordered sanitizer, never arrived, called many times, sent emails, inquired via the chat box - NOTHING. At one point I was told by the receptionist (who reports to the customer service manager but says she is not part of customer service) that the Purell surgical cleaner I ordered for $370 was no longer available & that I would be contacted to select a replacement. Of course that never happened. My order was placed early March. We did finally receive at the end of June 2 much smaller bottles of a different sanitizer (value $45). Of course no credit for the difference. To get my credit, finally got to a live person via published customer service telephone # & was told she would have to leave a message with customer service !!! After several more calls reached Jennifer Holder, then a receptionist who again took a message for customer service. On the 4th phone attempt, after giving the receptionist a mighty earful, she gave me the customer service manager name Bridgett Lamette, but she could not transfer me so had to leave her a message. Again no return phone call. On a subsequent phone call after giving the receptionist another earful I was transferred to the sales manager - again had to leave a message which has not been returned. Regrettably, since so much time has passed the time to dispute credit card charge has expired. I see they sell thru Amazon so I will also be giving Amazon an earful & whoever else I can find who is associated with this scam outfit. As well as any office regulating online commerce & COVID scams. I hope everyone else out there will do the same.

Do not do business with this company. Ordered in May still nothing as of July. Called and the woman on the phone said she couldn't cancel my order and would write down everything I said? Huh? Couldn't give me an ETA either. Total waste of my time and will have to cancel with my credit card company.

Would be a zero! Got all kinds of merchandise from China. Not what I ordered. Didn't receive the order and there was no communication for 3 months even though they charged my account. I called and emailed multiple times with no response. I asked to have the order cancelled. Nothing. Huge scam! Do not order from them

I ordered a case of hand sanitizer in March 2020. Nothing on the firm's website indicated that the item was not in stock. Sent several messages over the next two months, but only ever got a "canned" response. Finally in mid-May, I called again and was told that the company didn't know when the items would be shipped. So, I asked that the order be cancelled and a refund issued to my PayPal account. The woman I spoke to said this would be done in 10 days. However, I didn't see a credit. Finally, in mid-June, I received the items from the cancelled order. I have sent messages and made calls, asking that the company send me prepaid return labels and issue the refund. I have been completely ignored. I did notice on my online account that a credit memo was supposedly issued in May, but this credit has never appeared on my PayPal account

Scammers! I would definitely give this company a zero. I purchased a DNA kit back in December of 2019 I was told that I would receive results. I never received my results so I called called and called again left emails waited and they pretty much gave me the run-arounds. they told me that they received my envelope but the swabs wasn't in there even though the envelope was sealed..so at that point I was confused It was just like how in the world could that even happen. So they told me that they would send out another dna kit but yet once again I never received that either. They surely had my full-blown address too. I tried to get a refund for the money order that I sent in and they told me that my information never reach the lab and therefore I should be able to get a refund so I called MoneyGram gave them the serial number on the receipt of the money order purchased and thank God I still had that. They then told me that my money order had been cashed out way back in January after I sent in my money order to get the results in December. I then explained to them what happened with that issue. I have been trying over and over again to get a refund because at this point I don't even want results from them. I just want my money back! I was lied to, they cashed my money out and I never received results or anyting and yet here it is still today I have yet to hear from them. I mean it's been nothing! So I feel like I pretty much gave them money for nothing. It's not right and it isn't fair! Someone has to do something about these scammers. I've been trying here for way too long. I need my money back!

This company defrauded me big time!! I ordered, followed up; they lied to me several times; I requested a cancel and refund for months. They acknowledged receipt of request but did not process. After disputing with my credit card, this scam of a company sent me a generic hand sanitizer with their label on it and an anti bacterial soap with their label - I ordered and paid for Dial. I don’t trust them enough to rely on sanitation products with no manufacturing into, sent by one of the most dishonest companies I have ever dealt with. I had to give up. If I refused order or returned, I never would have seen a dime from this greedy operation. I put the hand sanitizer and soap in the bin and donated the disenfectant from a reputable company to charity.

I had to disengage with American Screening because they completely changed me as a consumer. I am an anti-consumer now. I will shop as little as possible now that I have seen the depths of greed in a national pandemic by this devious operation. Just Google around and you will see many more like me. Also, don’t buy their long apology posted to some reviews. They are still to this day not doing the right thing. And rest assured, the Sales department was never closed or unavailable and all the items were still listed as In Stock while they were stiffing all of us over months and months. They made a choice to capitalize on the pandemic. I for one hope the AG in Louisiana prosecutes them.

ONLY HAVE A STAR BECAUSE YOU CAN'T WRITE A REVIEW WITHOUT GIVING A STAR. SAME AS EVERYONE ELSE HERE. GOT SCAMMED. THEY DIDN'T RESPOND TO ANYTHING,AND 2 MONTHS LATER SHIPPED SOME WACKY THERMOMETER THAT WAS NOT WHAT I ORDERED, AND SENT MORE THAN I ORDERED.

Same experience as others. Ordered hand sanitzer in March, and I tried to cancel from April through May sending multiple emails, then daily for two weeks. Guess what, they sent my package in June anyway. I have a horrible product and want to return the package. No one responds to my daily emails and via email or phone. I guess customer service has my email address going into spam.
