WORST COMPANY, ANYBODY KNOW WHO OWNS THIS COMPANY ? STAY AWAY

I ordered products from them back in March 2020. They ignored all correspondence for 30 days. I requested a refund via email and someone replied 2 weeks after and said they needed approval to process refund. I disputed the charges with my bank account after no refund for 2 weeks. 3 weeks after that I received some knock-off watery hand sanitizer that I said I did not want. Now they are requesting that I wait for UPS to come and pick it up. They emailed a tracking slip with no tracking number. I asked if I could drop it off at UPS location and no one responds. Scammers also sent 24 of the 48 containers. The post office weighed it and I’m sending the same weight back, if I get a real label...

OMG... how is it possible that a company like this is still in existence? Because gullible people like me don't read reviews first. They do not reply emails, do not respond to customer service requests, do not answer calls, do not call you back, and rude as hell on chat.
I placed an order for my clinic 2 months ago, it says ships next day, arrives in 7 days, and there are no return policies. Of course I didn't receive my order after 2 weeks, I tried to contact them. Multiple attempts later, I started to wonder if this is a fraud business. Someone from India called me a month into this, saying that the products did ship and I would get them in 14 days.
Two weeks later, nothing. More attempts to contact them... Nothing. At this point I had to buy from other suppliers and no longer need the shipment. Two month later, I called to see if this company is still in existence. To my surprise, someone actually picked up the phone! ...just to tell me all sales are final and go read the return policies online. Return policy page says the page is closed.
I found their livechat. The livechat guy says all I need to do is email them to cancel order and gave me another link for their return policies. The guy has never read the content of the link, because it says once order is placed, no returns under any condition.
Can you imagine a clinic waiting for supplies for 2 months and not have a clue when and if their products will show? Don't be an idiot like me!!!

Spoke with Shreveport sales person Bridgett. I was to my shipment would be here the following week. When i contacted them the following week to get a tracking number Bridgett said "oh we no longer have that however we do have these drug screen cups in stock." So I said fine i"ll take those.Was told it would be shipped the next day. Two day later when it was not I call and informed them I would have to go to another company since they cannot fullfill our order. I cancelled that order. Bridget Calls on Friday like it has been already shipped and said to decline the order. ( I was going to did not need her to tell me that) Any what the following wednesday I receive an email the my order has been shipped. Evidently Bridget couldn't cancel the order because she needed the commision. Maybe she should of thought about that before misleading the consumer.

I placed an order for hand sanitizer in March 2020. The Purell 8 oz showed and advertised pump bottles. I called the company 2 times and was told my order would be sent soon. I e-mailed at least 4 times asking for my order. When I finally said I want a refund, I received an e-mail stating my order was ready to ship. When I received my order it was not the Purell name brand. But that is OK. But I received squeeze bottles and not the pump bottles that were advertised. I also received a packing slip that said I could NOT return this order because of the Virus. So they sent me what they wanted and I can't return it. Stay away from this company. They advertise items they cant deliver. They should have credited me for changing my order to a cheaper brand and bottle.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! THEY ARE A SCAM! I ORDERED $750 WORTH OF GOWNS FOR MY NURSES DURING THIS PANDEMIC IN MARCH AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THEM AND THEY WILL NOT GIVE ME A REFUND. I HAVE SENT OVER 12 EMAILS AND MADE THE SAME AMOUNT OF CALLS AND THEY HANG UP ON YOU! NOW THEY TELL ME NO REFUNDS, I HAVEN'T EVEN RECEIVED THE GOWN THAT I NO LONGER NEED!!!! SOMEONE NEEDS TO INVESTIGATE THIS COMP! THEY ARE CROOKS!!!!!!

Do not order from them I ordered a can large of alcohol wipes and 4 bottles of hand sanitizer. They had all Items marked as in stock. 2 months later I got a small package of wipes. 4 months latter I got 4 bottles of fake hand sanitizer, No alcohol in it just makes your hands sticky.

For my initial order with American Screening, the KN95 masks that were shipped were of good quality, large enough to cover the entire face, no perforations or holes. When I reordered, American Screening sent the wrong masks, with perforations, that provide little or no protection from airborne pathogens. I contacted customer service today and they sent a RMA and promised to have UPS pick up. Customer service said they will ship the correct masks within a short time. I waiting to see if they keep their promises before making a decision. I recommended our large medical practice hold off making large orders with American Screening until the issue with my order is resolved. I see patients every day and need PPE, including N95 masks without perforations.

Buyer BEWARE! DO NOT PURCHASE From This Company!!!. I wouldn’t even give them 1 star! Placed order 3/2020 and CC was immediately charged. After 5 weeks, item still was not shipped so sent multiple emails and customer svc inquiries with no response. No response to phone # 866-526-2873 listed on website & the msg box was full. So searched online & found office # 318-798-3306. Someone answered! Spoke to customer service & requested cancellation, which they said they processed but they supposedly could not give me a cancellation #. Never Received Refund!! Yesterday (THREE Months Later - 6/2020) received email that order had shipped (even though I had CANCELLED it!). They tried to deliver the order by UPS, but we refused it. Terrible Customer Service & Unprofessional....We Want Our REFUND!!!!

This place is a scam. Not only did they ship the product 3 months to the wrong address, they do not respond to emails or voice mails. Once I got a hold of them, the person refused to let me speak to someone who could properly take care of the issue, instead saying there was no one, even after putting me on hold to speak to the supervisor herself. All of a sudden no one was available. She hung op on me right before the office is closed just so I could not call back. She hung up on purpose because I heard her talk in the background. Normal business would call back. They are SCUM. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL ON ALL LEVELS. Will contact BBB.

I ordered hand sanitizer on March 26th. Over $55 for 7 bottles was price gouged! I have yet to receive the product. I contacted them twice and was told the product has shipped, I'd receive in 5-7 business days. The last time was over 4 weeks ago! I called today and was told she would personally ship it. I told then I no longer need the product and was told that they have a 'no return policy'. How the hell is it a return when it hasn't shipped yet!? I will never order from them again. SCAM!!!!

I ordered some hand sanitizer and mask for myself back in March. It is now June and nothing from them. I have called several times, emailed and still, no one answers. I filed a BBB complaint and they sent out half of my order. I would give this company no stars or negative stars if it was allowed. Please do not take the time to order from this company. They scam you out of your money and will not send what you purchased. They do not even respond to BBB. I think I am going to contact a lawyer and maybe then they will respond.

I guess I'm not alone! I placed a $1,200 order on April 29 and was told that all items were in stock. I have contacted them several times and get the same "Order will ship in 7-10 business days" nonsense! I think I've been more than patient. I am on the phone now with my credit card company to dispute the charge!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

I made an order thinking that the items I bought was in stock and I never got my products but they were quick to charge my credit card! I've call and email jayni wilcher thinking that the items I bought was in stock i've been told it would take 2 weeks to get the funds back. Nothing. I called a 3rd time and I got hang up on! Its been 3 months! Still nothing. Straight scam! Beware of those scammers american screening corporation

I would give them ZERO stars if I was able to do so!

During the shutdown in early May we ordered two (2) cases of goggles for our employees at our wellness center. Over a MONTH LATER they still hadn't shipped but we were charged for them. When I finally called to just cancel the order, they wouldn't allow it!!

Small businesses like us are ALREADY SUFFERING ENOUGH without you cheating and gouging us!!

YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES!!

Products "in stock" on web site take > 2 month to fulfill. There is NO communication, not even an order confirmation. When you contact them, IF you can reach them on their phone line, they tell you they cannot assist with web purchases, only Purchase Orders, so they care only about customers with LARGE purchases. Web site updates status with estimated ship dates that roll over month to month. NO written response to multiple emails to their customer service including request to cancel order after more than 2 months wait. If you needed a drug kit for a loved one, they would likely OD before you got it from this company. BUYER BEWARE!

This company is a scam. FRAUD company It has been 3 months since I ordered isolation gowns from them on 3/26/2020 and they have not delivered the products. I paid with credit card. I emailed them multiple times and there has been no reply. Do not buy from them!!!! They are scamming people and businesses who are desperate for masks, gowns, and gloves.

SCAM ALERT !!!! After waiting nearly 2 months for my order I sent a few emails and made a few phone calls. I was never able to reach anyone and my emails were never responded to. When my order finally arrived it wasn’t even what I ordered. This company is a joke. Do not purchase anything from this place. Total scam.

I should have read the reviews before we placed an order over two months ago. These people are thieves. They do not return calls, emails, and if by any chance you get someone on the phone, they lie to you about your shipment. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I tried for 2 months to cancel an order that was always "going out xx" and never got a return call or email. Using chat did not help either since they could do nothing to help. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

When I FINALLY got the order, they had substituted another item for what I wanted.
