I was gifted roses from my partner from here which were wilting on arrival then fully died the next day - I've never experienced this with any other florist! Both myself and my partner reached out to the company as we wanted a refund, they ignored all my messages and deleted my comments off their social media but responded to my partner - saying that if we wanted a refund we should've contacted them on the day we received them?? Which makes no sense since they died the next day? The company didn't even offer anything to compensate for this. Charging so much for such awful quality is shocking, avoid avoid avoid. My reply was not 3 weeks after it was in the same week, I can upload the proof, I don’t appreciate how you keep replying to all the bad reviews yet wouldn’t even respond to any of my messages on Instagram…

I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I paid £10 for certified next-day delivery for a birthday order, so the company’s claim that I did not select next-day delivery is false. Despite paying extra for this service, the flowers arrived a day late and completely dead on arrival.

The company then refused to provide a refund unless I returned the flowers. They eventually sent a returns label, but after I replied asking where exactly the flowers needed to be sent, my emails were ignored for over a week. I eventually had to call directly to chase the matter and pursue a refund.

During that call, I was told that “lots of returns had been delivered this morning and they would go through them,” which suggests this is not an isolated issue.

What I find particularly disappointing is that instead of focusing on resolving customer complaints properly, the company chose to use their response to advertise a discount code to anyone reading negative reviews. That says a lot about where their priorities are.

Overall, the experience was frustrating from start to finish poor product quality, delayed delivery, and extremely poor communication throughout the complaints process.

Excellent communication- I forgot to write on a card and it was no problem to add get it added. Beautiful arrangement of flowers and lovely presentation, have used the company many times and will continue to do so. Highly recommend for a special touch.

I made an order earlier today and made a boo boo as I didn’t click the correct delivery date and needed them for today! I sent them a message and they replied within 2 minutes and were so helpful! They personally delivered the flowers for me which is such a special and unique touch to their service. I spoke to Cath I believe and she was clear and helpful from the get go! Thank you so much guys, my fiancée will love these after a hard week!

Amelia Rose for me every time , consistently good , flowers always last , and now I love the updates I get with a photo of the flowers also telling me when they're leaving the shop and when they have been received! Just so personal , there's just something really special about this company, always make me feel like I'm ordering something luxurious but now I've also received from them and what a joy it was to open the door to the huge bouquet!! Just love them ! Thank you 💕highly recommended!!
