I had very last minute flower delivery needed and contacted them through WhatsApp. Even though they couldn’t do delivery on the same day due to their cut off time, they still made the flowers for me and arranged uber pick up with me to accommodate my wish.

So kind and helpful! went above & beyond for me, I couldn’t be more grateful. 12/10 service xxx

After delivery which had to be mailed and reminded,
My mothers flowers were old and not presentable, very disappointing,
I mailed and explained the situation and no response.

What happened?

I was an international customer using this florist for the first time and everything went perfectly. My friend thought her flowers were beautiful and I would definitely use this florist again.

The flowers came dry, the box that the flowers usually comes in didn’t come either. It came in a wet card board box which is not presentable at all for a gift to someone. Massively disappointed and will never shop from here again.

The flowers were absolutely stunning, customer service was great and delivery was on time, would 100% purchase again!

The flowers were lovely. The card however was simply a sticker stuck on some cardboard. I gave feedback to them about this and they didn’t have the decency to respond to the feedback. These flowers were for someone who had just lost a loved one and I was embarrassed by the card that came with them. Probably would have given a 4 if they’d have taken the time to respond to the card feedback.

Update: the response is terrible. No explanation for not replying to the feedback and doesn’t change then fact it was a sticker on a card. I don’t need proof of it, I have seen it and sent you a photo of it.

Update: further response is still unacceptable. Still no explanation as to why they didn’t respond to the feedback and blaming Interflora when it is them who produce the card along with then flowers is poor. The three of us that ordered the flowers are deeply disappointed and even the recipient of them noticed the quality of the card. No compassion, no response to feedback and then basic deflection, do not use in the event of a death is my advice.

Bought the flowers for my sisters engagement and they were perfect and exactly like the photos. Will definitely order from here again 😍

Gorgeous flowers as always

I rarely leave reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience with Amelia Rose Floral Couture so others can make an informed decision. Also looking at other reviews i can see this experience is not typical of what experiences others have received. Needless to say, I ordered flowers for my wife to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary—an incredibly important and personal milestone. What arrived was nothing short of disheartening: the bouquet was clearly not fresh, with wilted petals and limp stems that looked several days old.
I informed them immediately and rather than receiving a satisfactory response I ended up returning the flowers to the shop the very next morning so they could see for themselves—and it was obvious they were far from acceptable. Only then was I offered a replacement, but no refund was ever offered. In the end, I walked away with nothing. No fresh flowers. No refund. Just a £60 loss and a bitter feeling on what should have been a joyful day.
I do respect the passion that goes into running a small, family business—but I cannot respect the lack of understanding or empathy shown toward a disappointed customer. There was no genuine effort to make things right to my satisfaction as the offer of a replacement from this experience was 24hrs too late and something i wasn't willing to accept, and the message I was left with was: once they’ve made the sale, that’s where the care ends.
Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Amelia Rose Floral Couture. Customer satisfaction matters—especially when your business revolves around life’s most meaningful moments.

IN RESPONSE TO THE REPLY:- As i am unable to respond to the feedback, i have added it to the bottom of my review. I think its important for future customers to understand that these flowers may have looked presentable when they were delivered, but were clearly not fresh on the day and were already starting to brown in colour when they were returned less than 24hrs later (The point of my complaint is the freshness of the flowers and not the way the were displayed, but Amelia Rose seems to ignore this point) If as a company you feel that is acceptable when your client is not satisfied with your product or service and therefore does not want to take a replacement 24hrs later and you will not refund their money then you do not act to provide the level of service any consumer would expect. You may state the the case is closed as you have basically received £60 for nothing, however Under the Consumer Rights Act, you have rights regarding flowers if they are not up to standard. The retailer is responsible for the condition of the flowers until you receive them. If they arrive dead, damaged, or not as pictured, you can claim a full refund, including delivery costs.

The best florist around. Had many orders from these and always above satisfactory. Would highly recommend!

Unreal flowers

Flowers were perfect and very happy with them. However paid for ‘Am delivery’ and they arrived at 1pm which was disappointing considering I paid for the delivery to be before 12.

The most beautiful flower arrangements for any occasion. I will not go anywhere else.
