I love that they communicated with me with every step. They even send a picture with the flowers and the delivery address once it was out for delivery. They was great because it can be hard ordering flowers online.
They flowers were also very like the picture which was great. Exactly what I wanted and not too expensive.

I have ordered from the company on multiple occasions, both for collection and delivery. The service is great and I would not use any other flower company. The flowers are absolutely beautiful every time. The ordering process is easy and the flowers are delivered on time as promised. The delivery slots have always been available for the next day and on one occasion I was able to order on the same day for collection. I received a picture of the flowers on WhatsApp on my most recent purchase which I think is a lovely idea. I also received regular updates when the flowers were dispatched and delivered. I have recommend the company to friends and work colleagues who now also place orders regularly due to their own positive experiences. Thanks for providing such a smooth process from start to finish. I have always had a positive experience and will continue to use the company in the future.
