Alvoratravel Anmeldelser

We used your coach service for our VIP group of 30 guests between 4–7 June.

First of all, I would like to sincerely thank Edgars for managing the entire process. He was extremely professional and provided outstanding support both during the planning stage and throughout the operation.

Our driver, Ms. Anna, truly demonstrated the value of her 30 years of driving experience. I would especially like to thank her for the great care she showed towards both her vehicle and our guests. Her professionalism, positive attitude, and problem-solving skills made a significant difference during our trip.

The coach itself was spacious, modern, and very clean. The air conditioning and seat belts were in excellent condition and worked perfectly throughout the journey. While the luggage compartment was slightly smaller than required for our group's belongings, Ms. Anna handled the situation professionally and ensured everything was managed smoothly.

I can confidently recommend your company. It is clear that true professionals are involved at every stage of the service, and this was reflected in the excellent experience we had from beginning to end.

Thank you once again for your valuable support.

We were a small group (18 ppl) looking for airport transfer to/from our hotel in Rome, Italy.
Edgars gave us a very reasonable quote and arranged everything even if we gave him a fairly short lead time.
High quality vehicles and helpful drivers, everything on time and as planned.
Highly recommended, will definitaly use them again next time I need bus services!

I hired 3 transports from Alvora for an event I was holding just outside Lisbon, Portugal. Every vehicle and driver exceeded our expectations, truly luxury vehicles and helpful drivers. I’m really grateful to Edgars, sales manager, for arranging everything for me. 5 star service with style!

Thank you for the excellent service! The team was always available, and the drivers were always on time. The vehicles were clean and comfortable. I highly recommend Alvora Travel for anyone looking for reliable and professional transportation services.

Excellent service and communication through. I would definitely use Edgar and his services again!

The best coach company I have had the pleasure of working with. Top-notch service, excellent communication and a very professional approach.
VIP coaches: new, clean and well-maintained. The drivers are very smart and courteous. I look forward to working with them again in the future.

Super easy and fast planning, even though our booking was made on short notice. It was very easy to make changes, and the responses were always quick. The drivers were super friendly, and everything was great.

Exact timing. Very service minded driver. Good contact with Edgars ! Bjorn

I was in contact with Edgars Kolodnickis and got perfect and quick service. We are very pleased.

We were managed by Edgars who was in constant communication with us in the entire way. He gave us great peace of mind because the trip involved 4
border crossings. The drivers were on time and courteous and they’re both were very clean and comfortable.

Excellent experience travelling with the bus in Turkey, the driver was kind, patient, calm. His English was not the best, but we resolved it with google translate. He helped us with the luggage, was exactly what we expected from a driver. The bus was in good condition, comfortable. I recommend Alvora Travel!

Great response time from Edgars we enjoyed it and verry clean and nice bus!

Very efficient and impeccable service. I highly recommend.

All went well ... great service

We needed on very short notice coach transportation for a group in Rome organized. The difficult part was that it had to be a coach of a certain brand. We checked various coach companies, with no success due the the short notice. I found Alvoratravel on the net by coincidence. They were extremely helpful from beginning to end and were able to deliver.
Top service, excellent coach, nice driver, fair price!
All in all 10/10!

We’ve been working with Alvoratravel for quite some time, and they’ve become one of our most trusted partners in Europe. In our company, we rely on them not only for France but for every destination in Europe where they operate, because they consistently deliver the level of service and comfort our clients expect.
What I appreciate most is their punctuality and their ability to resolve any unexpected situation quickly, something every tourism company values when managing demanding itineraries. His CEO is directly involved in the operation, working side by side with the team, and that presence is reflected in the quality and consistency of their service. If you’re looking for a partner who is reliable, attentive, and genuinely committed to supporting your operation, Alvoratravel is an excellent choice.

We traveled from Paris to Frankfurt and I would say it was the most sleep, I had, the same goes for the group too. Very professional driver (Victor). We would recommend you to others too!

Wonderful booking service from Edgars and the team, very helpful with a lot of questions. The vehicle was in great condition and we enjoyed a very comfortable journey. The driver was polite and professional whilst also being very friendly and flexible when we altered our timings on the day - would highly recommend!

I booked 3 transportations for 15 persons in Netherland and in Austria for my trip with my customer. The vehicles were clean and comfortable with enough space for our international flight luggage. The drivers were professional and kind and also recommended a good lunch place which was on our route. The contact at Alvora is also great with prompt responses.

Edgars and the team at Alvora Travel are incredible. We used their service earlier in the week for a day trip to winery, Ronda and the white villages. Then as we were getting ready to depart Seville we ran into a problem with the train. With in 30 minutes Edgars found us a drive and bus to transport or group of 10 with luggage to Granada the next day, saving our vacation. Great people!
