Excellent emergency service – highly recommended!

Our flight to Pisa was unexpectedly diverted to Bologna late in the evening, leaving our group of 28 people stranded at Bologna Airport without onward transportation.

Despite the very late hour and extremely short notice, Christian managed to arrange a coach for our entire group and get us safely to Capannoli.

The communication was fast, professional and extremely helpful throughout the whole process. In a very stressful situation, Christian and Coach Rental Bus found a solution when we really needed it.

Christian was very helpful organising us a last minute coach from Rome to Bari after our flight got cancelled. Thanks to their excellent service, we arrived at our wedding on time!

Unfortunately, our experience with the driver from Coach Rental EU was extremely disappointing.

The company was hired by the tour operator organizing our pilgrimage. During the three days of service, we experienced recurring problems that negatively affected the trip.

The main issue was the driver's attitude throughout the journey. He consistently showed a lack of courtesy, professionalism, and patience when dealing with passengers. His behavior was often rude, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere on the coach.

There were several unnecessary and unpleasant situations. For example, we were told that eating and drinking on the coach was not allowed. While every company has the right to establish its own rules, the way this policy was communicated was unnecessarily harsh and disrespectful, making passengers feel unwelcome.

Another major concern was the driver's manner of driving. On several occasions, his driving felt unsafe and imprudent, which caused many of us to feel uncomfortable during the journey.

We also noticed a clear lack of planning and organization. Throughout the trip, the driver repeatedly insisted that the itinerary would not work or that there would not be enough time to complete the planned schedule, even though the route had been carefully organized in advance. In addition, parking spaces and scheduled coach stops, which should have been arranged beforehand by the company, had not been reserved. This resulted in unnecessary delays and avoidable complications.

Instead of helping to make the pilgrimage enjoyable, the driver created unnecessary stress. His constant negativity about the itinerary, combined with his lack of organization and unprofessional attitude, had a significant impact on the overall experience.

A successful group trip depends on cooperation, professionalism, and respect for passengers. Unfortunately, those qualities were missing in this case.

Based on our experience, I cannot recommend Coach Rental EU under any circumstances. I sincerely hope the company invests in better driver training, customer service, and operational planning so that future groups do not have to go through the same frustrating experience that we did.

Ho prenotato con questa compagnia per portare un gruppo di 40 persone da Roma a Orvieto e far loro fare un'escursione.
Gli autobus sono arrivati puntuali. I conducenti sono stati incredibilmente pazienti quando abbiamo avuto un problema a far passare alcune persone alla dogana e quando hanno dovuto aspettare più del previsto dopo il pranzo.
Gli autobus erano puliti e moderni, con un buon condizionamento dell'aria.
Fondamentale, la compagnia era il 30% più economica rispetto al preventivo più basso. Tutti i costi erano chiaramente indicati nel contratto. Non posso che raccomandarli caldamente.

Navrant!!! Chauffeurs discourtois et agressif, responsable pas à la hauteur, on devait avoir 2 chauffeurs, la compagnie n'en a finalement mis qu'un seul! Une catastrophe!!!!

We had an amazing experience with Coach Rental. They were easy to work with on the front end, followed up and confirmed times and meeting place in advance. The bus was clean and brand new! Fabio our driver was on time and very helpful. Using Coach rental made our family excursion so much more enjoyable than renting cars or taking a cruise excursion. We were able to follow our own itinerary. We will surely use them for our coach needs again.

I had a group from Brazil, that was confirmed to Coach Rental very late, and I got an instant offer. We got brand new coach, professional but very strict driver.
While we had some difficulties in our very tight schedule, some delays caused by a traffic jams, one employee, in particular (Manuel) made everything that our clients do not feel problems we have behind the scenes. And that is the most important, that is what I call partnership. The group was major success and I hope to cooperate with you in a future.
