At first
At first, when I enquired with the company, the cost's were just too prohibitive for me. I kept them in my head, then they introduced the membersip plan, and that made thing much better. The process is real, the interviews, the doctor's appointments, all of it. They know whose genuine or not, and the medication front, I couldn't have a better dispenserary. Together, they are a true lifeline.

Fantastic clinic, excellent clinicians, slight stock issues
i’ve been with Alternaleaf for about 18 months now.
every clinician i’ve met with has been professional, informative and kind. i’m prescribed for chronic arthritis pain. medical cannabis helps me with breakthrough pain and it really improves
my sleep.
without medical cannabis my life would be considerably more difficult. feeling in control of my pain has been hugely beneficial for my mental health.
the one issue is ongoing stock levels, but this has improved massively since i’ve been a patient. Upstate have some very good flower, and being able to filter by terpenes is a brilliant addition to Montu’s site when requesting a repeat prescription.
very much recommended! it’s honestly changed my life.

I inquired about this back in July I never managed to get a appointment I missed one and the other two no-one was there to do the consultation anyway I thought I'd leave it however today I have been charged 3 months on I haven't received anything from them I never even got a consultation so I'm wondering how and why I have been charged I have been trying to call since 9am this morning and currently still listening to their recorded music awaiting someone to answer it's been just over 50mins so far and still unable to speak with anyone......I thought I might have opened a account with them but still nothing looks like I don't have an active account as I need to fill out another questionnaire for a consultation 🤯 so I'm wondering if I don't have a account and I haven't had any consultation why am I being charged months on ? Sorry I have been trying to speak with someone but almost 1 hour still on a hold I wrote a review so please can you contact me......
So you have requested me to contact you as you well know we can't speak to anyone directly and I have pushed option 2 request a call back numerous times now but again failure to return the call ......I did enquire many months ago and failure to attend any consolation so I have never received any consolation but now you're taking money from me I have never purchased anything from you or have I ever received consultation.....I have made numerous attempts to contact you and followed all the steps but again you seemed to have failed to contact me as stated previously with option 2 (request a call back) this seems to be the only option???

I have received two failed batches out…
I have received two failed batches out of three with long hollow spears with microseeds they will not take responsibility. You don’t get higher quality if you spend more money it’s still but that has lost its internal structure and smell by being crushed and tumbled in machines. And overdried. With zero resin they will not even acknowledge the fact that I have seeds and it’s a failed product and the only way to report it is a yellow card which nothing happens and they get to keep your money

Pharmacist Kamran took extra time to explain the process for requesting prescriptions, booking future appointments and ordering from the pharmacy. Very knowledgeable. Helpful from the start, despite dealing with technical difficulties. He was calm and patient. This was my second appointment, it was the best appointment. Feel more confident with the medication and potential side effects discussed at length. Thank you Kamran.
