Very professional and patient centred.
I have been with Alternaleaf for 6 months and have found the experience so simple. The staff are professional and patient centred. I have just had my second review today. After a frustrating technical hitch at my end which meant I missed my appointment time, the prescriber took the time to call me. He patiently let me stress for a moment before calming the situation and we proceeded with my review at great relief to me. I was treated with respect with no feelings of judgement or stigma, which left me feeling safe and listened to. I really appreciate the sense the staff genuinely care about their patients wellbeing and mental health. Overall a very professional and caring healthcare provider that I will be very happy to continue my relationship with.

From first having my video call there's been lac of caminecashon didn't tell me i needed report from my G.P then had another video call and she told me i needed reports sent them now waiting for the pharmacy to get intuch which has been over five days now

Was a little slow
Was a little slow. I had to chase them up as they required more information and the prescription hadn’t been sent to the pharmacy. Both of these added time before I could start the treatment. However contacted the pharmacy and it was all sorted that day. Everything else was great!
