Customer service is very slow… I’ve been asked to make a follow up appointment to discuss how my prescription is working for me before I’ve even been given one yet. Told the same thing several times over without my questions actually being answered, waited 2 hours on their “live chat” for someone to talk to me…. I’m still waiting on that prescription. Disappointed so far, hopefully the prescription itself will help with my chronic pain and be worth the hassle it’s taken to actually get.

The process between submitting a request, reviewing the medical case by need, and obtaining a prescription took about one month to cycle through. I suspect this is mostly typical. And I am very thankful for the relief. Very fine service from start to finish.

I've only put a 4 because nothing takes away my pain regardless. The prescription I have, does help me drop off to sleep so much better, then the pain wakes me again.
I've been with Alternaleaf for over a year and all the staff I've spoken to on video call have been amazing and very knowledgeable.

Hi guys
Hi guys, suffering from insomnia and arthritis, had enough of taking tablets for pain and sleeping off course.
So i choose to give a go on alternalife.
The nurse appointment/assessment,
Was very smooth and they listened to your problems.
Then you have another appointment to the physiotherapist on the space of to weeks.
So I did receive my first prescription today.
So very happy and exited to give a go.

Awful.
Took over 16 weeks from initial consultation to receiving medication. Only for them to have sent out wrong, out of date medication.
going into 3rd week of trying to resolve this issue.
and they want me to pay for my medication twice before actually receiving it.
These are facts:
They NEVER answer the phone.
MONTU (the pharmacy dont even bother turning their phone on at all.
The take days to reply to emails.
When you do actually get email reply, its not helpful at all and the staff/AI are rude.

Iv waited so long to find release from degenerative disc disease
