No one should be charging 75 pound for 10g of flower thst quality should of been discounted to at least half price. Not sure whether I want to continue with alternaleaf as a result and looking at other options

Quite upset that after nearly 2 years…
Quite upset that after nearly 2 years of being with this pharmacy that they’d leave me with out medication due to the storm and covid and not being able to make my appointment. I’ve gone 4 days now without any medication no help or support from these whatsoever ive been very poorly today my depression is through the roof my arthritis has been playing up massively. I’ve not slept for two days, not eaten for two days. I think it’s disgusting that they can mess around with medication like this

Worst customer service I have ever experienced
ALTHOUGH THEY APPEAR TO HAVE REPLIED BELOW THIS REVIEW DESPITE GIVING MY DETAILS AS REQUEST STILL NO RESPONSE TO MY ISSUE MY EVIEW STANDS.I have been having a prescription from this company for s few months with no issues. However they have recently opened a store which also sells supplements. I ordered 2 bottles of cbd oil and paid for them I only received one. You cannot contact a person then;gone no says there are no people to answer your call and the chat section leaves you hanging. E mail got a response but instead of responding to my problem they responded to an e mail they I sent months ago . I am now going to have to try and get my money back through my credit card. Very bad customer service avoid

They kept saying that MDT would take 4…
They kept saying that MDT would take 4 days but after a week I had to chase what was happening. I finally got my prescription 10 days later.

Great experience
The consultations have been great and the medicine prescribed has been high quality, haven't had any issues sleeping because of my pain level. May have to ask for a day strain as I would struggle to work with the stuff I currently have.
