Absolutely terrible no contact tried calling no call back took membership money had nothing trying to cancel get sent in circles its a scam . Go somewhere else .Tried calling no reply after 3 days calling, live chat useless answer confirmation email get disconnected can't rejoin, downloaded medical records twice numerous emails just ghosted they really should be embarrassed by the treatment I've received

My Early experience with this Company has been excellent. The Doctor interview was very thorough, he knew more about my pain history than I realised. The cost was less than I anticipated and my prescription was issued within a few days !! My medication arrived this morning and I will begin later today. I am really praying they will help me !!

I'm back. Proper back. Thank you, Alternaleaf.
That might sound like a bold title for a review, but it’s the most honest way I can describe how I feel.
After months of struggling with pain, anxiety and very little appetite, starting my prescribed treatment through Alternaleaf has made an enormous difference to my everyday life.
It’s early days, but the relief has been profound. My pain has eased, my appetite has returned, and my head feels clearer and more organised. I’ve found myself enjoying the little things again, making plans and feeling comfortable in my own home. Things that had felt out of reach for far too long.
I’ve been particularly impressed with the quality of my first prescription. Being able to access consistent, prescribed treatment has meant a great deal to me.
I’m sharing my own experience, and everyone’s will be different. But for me, this has been about much more than receiving a prescription. It’s helped me feel like myself again.
To everyone involved at Alternaleaf and Montu: thank you. You may deal with prescriptions every day, but on the receiving end is a person whose life those prescriptions can change.
A very grateful five stars.

First batch of flower recieved bone dry…
First batch of flower recieved bone dry and charged 75 pounds at a discounted price for it being close to expiry. No one should be charging 75 pound for 10g of flower thst quality should of been discounted to at least half price. Not sure whether I want to continue with alternaleaf as a result and looking at other options
