Really seemless process from start to finish. My prescription being issued was delayed but the team were quick to rectify this. Prices are excellent and the subscription is really good value. Cant recommend enough!

Product it good enough and fair priced but the service you receive is horrendous. They are happy to take your money but when an issue appears you can expect zero response from them and considering this is a medication that's an extremely poor service. I have emailed now for 3 weeks trying to resolve this matter. I have also called expecting a call back as you can't speak to anyone. I will be moving to another company, hopefully they are not as incompetent as alternaleaf have been

Fast delivery been with them 2 months trying out different flower each month very happy and relax now can’t wait to try next batch still bit pricey tho for myself as on benefits as cannot work ..

They listened and understood what I was…
They listened and understood what I was going through with pain and worked out a plan to get me back on track. First prescription received was great , and the team were very helpful on instructions and what to do.

Absolutely terrible no contact tried…Terrible Experiences
Absolutely terrible no contact tried calling no call back took membership money had nothing trying to cancel get sent in circles its a scam . Go somewhere else .Tried calling no reply after 3 days calling, live chat useless answer confirmation email get disconnected can't rejoin, downloaded medical records twice numerous emails just ghosted they really should be embarrassed by the treatment I've received
