Just about to receive my first order, so I cannot comment on quality as yet.
The process took a little longer than expected, often things took longer to happen than what was quoted by the team.
I also felt the last meeting with the pharmacy was a little rushed and I wasn’t prepared enough to make the necessary choices.
When you do speak to the customer service team, they are great, super friendly and knowledgeable…just think you need more of them! Waiting for call backs and having to wait 2 working days to get a response isn’t that great really.
I’m looking for a new customer service role myself…wanna employ me to help? 😉

I found the Doctor very understanding about my pain levels. Also, I thought the process was very thorough, talking at length about my medical conditions and looking at my medical records. I felt comfortable and thought this to be a very professional company.

Didn’t get the right vaporiser
Didn’t get the right vaporiser, wasn’t guided or helped to which one suited me, bud looks clean but i havnt been able to medicate myself properly

They are very happy to sign you up and…
They are very happy to sign you up and take your money, beyond that it’s a bit of a joke really. The medication is never available on return, and last time I had to request a change it took over a week and daily phone calls to have it signed off.
They have also sent out my medication having changed my name.
Complained directly and got an automated email…

Appointments were great only had a bit of trouble getting to talk to someone but the lady rang me back today and was so helpful
