نأسف لسماع تجربتك ونعتذر عن أي إزعاج سبّبه إلغاء الحجز.

عند محاولة إصدار التذاكر، لم نتلقَّ من شركة الطيران تأكيدًا بوجود مقاعد متاحة على الرحلة، وللأسف اضطررنا لإلغاء الحجز.

نود أن نوضح أن المبلغ لم يتم خصمه من حسابك، وإنما تم حجزه مؤقتًا فقط للتحقق من صلاحية بطاقتك البنكية. بتاريخ 3 يوليو قمنا بإلغاء هذا الحجز، ومن المفترض أن تكون الأموال قد أصبحت متاحة في حسابك بالفعل.

إذا لم تظهر الأموال في حسابك حتى الآن، نرجو منك التواصل مع خدمة دعم البنك، وإرفاق المستند الذي أرسلناه إليك عبر بريد المشتري الإلكتروني، حيث يؤكد هذا المستند أننا لم نطالب بالأموال وأن العملية أُلغيت.

We are truly sorry for the inconvenience you experienced and understand how frustrating it must have been to have your travel plans disrupted.

At the time of issuing your tickets, we unfortunately did not receive confirmation from the airline about the availability of free seats on the flight at the price you selected. For this reason, we were forced to cancel your reservation.

Regarding the payment: the funds were not debited by us, they were only temporarily blocked by your bank to verify the solvency of your bank card. After we were unable to issue your tickets, on the same day — August 11 — we unblocked the funds, and they should already be reflected in your account.

If you have not yet received the funds, please contact us by email, and we will promptly provide you with a document confirming the unblocking. You can then present it to your bank’s support service to clarify the status of the transaction.

We hope this clarifies the situation.

We sincerely regret the inconvenience caused. At the time of issuing your tickets, we unfortunately did not receive confirmation from the airline regarding the availability of free seats on the selected flight. For this reason, we were forced to cancel your reservation.

Regarding the payment: the funds were not debited by us but were only blocked temporarily to verify the solvency of your bank card. After we were unable to issue your tickets, we unblocked the funds today, August 15. They should already be reflected in your account.

If you do not see the funds credited back, please contact us at info@alrehlat.com, and we will provide you with a document that you can present to your bank’s support team to clarify the transaction status.
