After carefully reviewing your case, we would like to clarify that, at the time of ticket issuance, the airline did not confirm seat availability on the selected flight. For this reason, we were unfortunately obliged to cancel your booking.
Please note that no funds were charged by our company. The amount was only temporarily blocked by your bank for card verification purposes. Once we were unable to issue your tickets, the funds were released on the same day — 21 October. They should now be visible in your account.
If you have not yet received the amount, please check the document we sent to your e-mail, which you can present to your bank’s support service to help them trace and confirm the transaction status.

I booked and paid for my preferred seats, but I was offered a different seat that was free of cost. Extremely disappointed with this booking site, tried them first time, never again.

I have been requesting for seat change thrice in my email but there is no response to it. In my request I’m asking for return flight seats to be changed from 2D and 2E to 1A and 1B as they are available. Since I was not honored my preferred seat for outbound flight I was expecting if you could accommodate me atleast for inbound flight. It’s hard to get a clear response on emails, kindly help me with this request and thank you for looking into my case. Really appreciate! I request you to make alrehlat customer email more approchable and quicker in their response time.

Work on your error codes
After selecting mastercard and inputting my details, with no issue about limits for my card, the payment produced an error repeatedly. After growing frustrated, we opted to pay by visa and incurred a charge for this payment option. There should not be different fees for different payment methods, especially if the system is blocking one for no clear reason, why do we literally need to pay the price for that.

via skyscanner, I use this website for my international flight.
Despite full payment of the ticket, I didn't receive ticket for 3 days; with repeated reminders and follow-ups, they issued wrong ticket with a different name.
Later I discovered I was trapped in their fraud, and they did cheat. I lost my money and I have to buy another ticket,
They are simply fraud,
They alter my booking by changing the name and airline, I am sure either their system has some major problem or it was done by their staff intentionally or unintentionally but I never got my correct ticket despite full payment,

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I received. My booking was mishandled , the PNR provided was incorrect, and there was forgery in the passenger names. Despite multiple attempts to contact customer support, the responses were unusually delayed and unhelpful, resulting in big financial loss on my end.

I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with the repeated charges and fees I have faced since my initial ticket purchase. The current surcharge feels excessive, especially as the total amount I am now paying nears the original ticket price due to these ongoing additions.
The lack of transparency and constant imposition of new charges are unacceptable, making the booking process unclear and frustrating. Because of this experience, I will no longer be using your services. I will look for other agencies that offer a more straightforward and transparent pricing structure.
