Excellent experience
Excellent experience - installer advised about best router placement and was clean and tidy. Wifi speeds are much improved compared to previous supplier (BT). Alncom is now giving us up to 400mb in the house, way in excess of BT. Very impressed with Alncom.

Friendly and accommodating
They have a great team working in both their office and in the field. Every member of staff I've been in contact with have been extremely friendly, helpful and polite.
The internet speeds are always fast and consistent, only ever dropping or going out during extreme weather. During any planned maintenance I received an email a few days in advance warning me about possible outages.

Exceptional broadband service
I have had nothing but an exceptional experience with Alncom. Their customer service team are incredibly helpful and clear in their explanations. They were incredibly flexible about helping us set up an install date for fibre that worked for us and the actual install itself couldn't have been smoother. Since install we have had perfect WiFi with no issues whatsoever. Couldn't recommend more.

Excellent ISP with great local support
We signed up with Alncom as soon as their fibre service was available. I have found them an exemplary ISP, no fuss , no hype, good steady speeds, highly responsive when you contact their support. Unhesitatingly recommended.

First Class Service
Within an hour of making an initial enquiry the engineer was out to see if they could install the broadband. And two days later they were here to install. We couldn't connect at first, but phoned and they were able to sort it remotely and we have had no further issues. Incredible service, would definitely recommend.

Prior to Alncom getting in touch, our internet was awful as we live in a rural property. Since we switched to them, everything has been brilliant. From the reliability and speed of our wifi, to the customer service. Would highly recommend.

It is easy to get in touch with ALNCOM. The office staff are friendly and helpfull.
The work team who did the installation were polite, friendly and helpful. They explained what they had to do and completed the work quickly and efficiently. They didn't make any mess. They made sure things were up and running before they left.

Alncom WiFi service at Holiday Home
Alncom provide the internet access at our holiday home location in Northumberland. From the beginning, the communication and service has been excellent. Our connection was made two days earlier than expected and the service has been fast and trouble free. We were also pleased to receive a courtesy call checking that all was working well. Recommended.
