Simply the best, ISP
Comfortably the best Internet Service provider i have ever had.
-Connection speed: exactly as advertised with flexoble options to suit needs.
-Reliability: The only disruption to service i have had, is due to power cut on national grid (not the ISP) . Even here the company supported its customers with email update, notifying them of Electric companys repair work and anticipated return of power.
-Customer service: All calls for setup/termination answered very quickly by friendly and helpful UK based staff. The staff have always carried out actions they have promised.
Gutted my new unit is Wifinity only, or I would definately retain Alncom services.

The engineer who installed the broadband did an excellent job and cleaned up afterwards. Even set up my various devices with the new hub. First class job!

Alncom Full Fibre Broadband Installation
As somebody who works online in various capacities, I have campaigned for many years to have Fibre Broadband installed at my property. Alncom has finally made this possible. My Full Fibre Broadband is now significantly faster, cheaper, and more reliable, than the previous service provided by EE. Alncom customer service is excellent, and the installation was quick and highly professional. Thanks Alncom, for making my online life a whole lot easier - all very much appreciated.

Alncom recommended
Alncom installed our fibre recently and were friendly and efficient throughout.
I spoke to Jo and one or two others in the office and they were all polite, helpful and prompt in replying.
The guys who did the install did a really neat job of digging in the fibre round the front of the house in the pouring rain and were helpful and knowledgeable in getting us set up.
Recommended.

From the first contact with Alncom everything has been perfect.
The lads who installed the fibre optic were prompt and very efficient.
I think the lady in customer service was called Jo who was very helpful before and after the installation.
I couldn't me more happy with the product and would certainly recommend.

They got back to me
Very quickly, they knew about the problem and engineer was checking it, kept me upto date on progress, right through till it was fixed. Definitely recommend them first time in 3 yrs we have had a problem.

The service we received today was outstanding. Following my call we were kept updated throughout by friendly staff & an Engineer was out and sorted the problem within little more than an hour. Well done Alncom!

Excellent service
I was helping an elderly and disabled neighbour get her fibre broadband set up after she came out of a care home and Alncom were brilliant from the start. They called in to survey her property within a few hours of me contacting them and had her fibre broadband set up less than 2 days later. They kept us informed at every step and my neighbour was delighted with them as she can now contact relatives and friends again. Excellent service, I highly recommend Alncom.

We have been with Alncom for several years. We are pretty remote in Northumberland but yet amazing speeds and at prices far cheaper than their competitors. Their offices are local and customer service is really easy and responsive.

Alncom don't do average
Switched from a national provider who's service and performance was bang average and they simply couldn't match the speed, pricing and reliability offered by Alncom.
Literally no whinges about 'dodgy internet' in our household any more.
I work from home and shift large graphics and video files around constantly - performance and reliability is key and when that comes at a competitive price even better.
Whenever there is a network issue (all providers have them) you know within minutes of it happening the Alncom team are on it and will be updating you imminently and until the matter is resolved.

Local Broadband provider at great price
Easy to contact - clear simple pricing AND fixed for contract term. Engineer visited to survey as we had special request about where cable entered property. He sorted it and within days next engineer came and installed. Quick efficient and courteous. If you live in an area covered by them you’re daft if you don’t use them.
