Unusual nowadays but from start to finish I have no complaint whatsoever, the order I placed arrived very fast and I must complement them on the packaging and presentation box that the bracelet came in. The bracelet itself is of higher quality that I expected totally pleased with it.
I would highly recommend them.

Can't fault the service of this company whatsoever. We bought a stars and bars bracelet for our daughter for her birthday in September. She liked it so much we bought the matching necklace as a Christmas gift. Kayleigh was an absolute star from start to finish - thank you so much!

Ordered a certain size and it wasn’t right. Emailed them the same day and they replied super quick! The same day the return was submitted and sent back. They exchanged it for the bigger size, paying the price difference was super easy and it was returned back to me 1 day later!!! This close to Christmas too!
