They scam with a bait and switch. Customer pays for what they think is a V5s floor cleaner and what you get is a plastic toy not even something my kid wants to play with.

Has anyone tried to return? Is it worth it? Did PayPal ever return your money?

Fake. I thought I ordered an smart phone enabled iRobot for $79 and instead received a small child’s toy that runs on a couple batteries. They didn’t answer any of my hemails when I reached out to them, despite their 100% guarantee.

Total scam and I am trying to go though PayPal abritration for a refund.

Bought a robot hoover, received cheap toy, costs more to return than purchase price. Paypal agreed to return funds theirselves and are investigating company. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Its a fake . Dont buy i got scammed!!! They gave me some battery operated rubbish and the dustbin is smaller than my handphone!

HORRIBLE CROOKS! Paid USD49 for a robot cleaner, and they sent me a TOY after waiting 2 months for the shipment! They do not respond to my emails at all and I don't know how I'm going to get a refund!!

Bought two robot vacuums, both arrived and they are absolute rubbish, they are nothing like the quality item advertised, what I received were cheap battery operated toys. Now I have to return at my cost because this company is dishonest.

Betrug !!!!! Trotz Paypal gemeldet muss ich es nach China zurück schicken obwohl es von Halle aus ,hier in Deutschland, geschickt worden ist. Der vVersand kostet ca.40 € und den Rest würde ich zurück bekommen.

In the website it seems that they sell iLife robot vacuum cleaner with mopping option, but AFTER ONE MONTH they send a very cheap and different item. They NEVER answer to mail and if they did, it is an automatic answer.

Scammer!! People are filling complaint against 'allwaysshop" through PayPal

This is a criminal company that exits to dupe customers
They send you rubbish instead of the item you ordered and rely on the fact that it’s more expensive to return than the item cost (they specify the courier you can use )
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING OFF THEM
have reported thenm to PayPal

Whatever you do, don't buy anything from them! I spent $70 for the clean robot vacuum...what I received was a cheaply-made disc from an entirely different company. AllWayShop's customer service is non-existent and they have not responded to my many messages requesting a refund for the false advertisement. I am now working with PayPal to hopefully get a refund. I hope this review serves as a warning to anyone else considering purchasing this vacuum or anything from this company.

Would leave 0 stars if that was an option. Fake vacuume $70 later. Hopefully paypal figures it out for me. Fingers crossed.

This is a scam company trading under many different names.
I ordered a robotic hoover from them.The advert showed an amazing product...but unfortunately what they send out is a lump of chinese plastic...which does not clean at all.They do not reply to the help line email....and I have since discovered many many people who have been duped.

I bought the fake cleaner as well. Never order anything here

Bought the vacuum cleaner and it was nothing like the advertising although it states right on the postage package what it is suppose to be. It is total false advertising and I am sure they are counting on people not paying the return postage to get their money back. There should be a class action suite filed against this company to get postage cost back as well!

This company sent me the wrong product, I ordered a V5s pro robot vacuum and they sent me a little toy like junk vacuum. I have tried to contact them by email, by post on Facebook where they are selling this product and they will not correspond with me at all. I have ask for my money back, told them to send me a return postage label, not response out of them. I have a just started a dispute through my credit card co. about this fraud. Thats what it has to be, I see others being done the same way. The are also removing my neg. post about them off FB. They also have false post placed on FB. on their page. PEOPLE, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They will rip you off.

They send me something wrong and they don't react. I have send to the, mails, with Messenger, thesis won gmail account. Not 1 reaction. I payed € 38, 00. And i want my money back.
