Der mir gesendete Staubsaugerroboter ist absoluter Schrott und hat nichts gemein mit dem in der Werbeanzeige und dem -video dargestellten. Die Anzeige soll vermitteln, dass es sich (schon wegen der Namensgebung) V5S um den auch bei Amazon erhältlichen teuren von ILife handelt.

Verbraucherzentrale ist informiert und über Paypal läuft die Rückabwicklung.

Do not buy from this place. I too got scammed and ordered the T6 robotic vacuum and ending up with a toy. Trying to get my money back through paypal. Would cost over $55.00 to send it back on a $65.00 transaction. I go on their website and seeing other people buying them as it pops up on the website and I think how these people are getting scammed like me.

I ordered robot vacuum cleaner and allso get a toy. I raported it to paypal and i get my mony back. Yes i send the wrong product back as well but paypal accepted every company for that witch has tracking system (it doesent have to be USP or something expencive).
So I recommend you all make complain via paypal and to everything to get your money back otherwise the cheaters gets the money.

I have been scammed like many others. And Paypal keeps endorsing them and making users return the toy item that is not going to get picked up at the post office. Facebook also does nothing even though many has reported them. The website is still up and the V5s is cheaper than ever to scam more people. We all should go together against this.

They do NOT send you tings as described. I've been netshopping a lot. Trust me , this is the worst product ever by far. Not even 10% truth what was described on their product. Have sent them several mails and not a single respond. GO AWAY!!!!!! 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Was sent a totally different and cheapskate item that I had ordered online.

The product that was sent was what looks like a dollar store toy, not resembling the photo on the website, and not including any of the features it claimed. Have emailed for return/refund

a classic case of "expectation vs reality" DO NOT BUY their robot vacuum, they will send you a kid toy.

Ordered the T6S vacuum, but received a toy robot vacuum instead. Whenever I tried contacting them, they blocked me from being able to contact them. My CC company had to work and file a dispute against the company.

Do not buy from this company. I wish I would have done research online I just received a toy instead of vacuum and so did hundreds other people. Please save yourself the hassle and disappointment. They also clearly pay for people to post fake comments on their facebook and Instagram ads. Such a disappointment. Complete thieves. I wish I would’ve seen these reviews earlier.
