It is a total scam! Do not waste your money on this company Allwayshop!
It´s just another scam and they will not send you the right product... I ordered a robot vacuum and the send me a toy, which is nothing like the product I was promised, nothing!

What i received is totally different from what i had bought.

Scammers. I got a cheap plastic toy. Nothing like the vacuum cleaner that I ordered. Not response to email and no refund.

Fake. Nicht Kaufen. Betrugs. Mein Fall ist bei PayPal gemeldet. Man erhält ein billiges Batterie betriebenes Plastik Roboterchen als Kinderspielzeug. Ein Stern ist noch zuviel 😡

why hasn't Paypal/Capital1 put this company to rest. Hundreds of people are getting scammed everyday on the robot vac deal. I paid $60 US and got a piece of crap that does not work and is nothing like what the company advertises. Their email doesn't work, no phone numbers or addresses either. This a nightmare. Just refund my money please and get their advertising off Facebook etc. Rating -25

I ordered a ilife pro 5 for $59 & got a toy . PAYPAL refused to refund unless I ship it back to China for approx $20. Complete waste of time and money .. Please stay away from these scammers ..

Total scam!! One star is too nice. Paid $78 for robot cleaner with software and recieved a $5 children's toy that made a loud grinding noise and did nothing else. Seller responded with specific return instructions estimated to cost $125-$134 and refused to respond to my request for a more reasonable shipping method. Case is currently pending review with Facebook.

I ordered a robot vacuum cleaner for 65,55$ (it looks like ilife robot), but i got a useless, unuseable toy.

I was having a great day until I returned home, and found a little note delivery note that had been left by Hermes.

They had left the box outside my home, and there it sat, unfortunately for me, no one had stolen it.

The vacuum robot iLife Smart Vacuum Robot - T6S, the model that you could use an app and the remote that I had ordered claimed that it could not only vacuum floors, but would also mop, however what I received was basically a piece of junk of which can be found on eBay for about £14 if you search Clean Robot.

1 star is far too generous.

Vero disappionted with allwayshop bought and payed $60 for a robot vacuum t6.s on sale i ordred it on the 28 june and it arrived this morning 24 july when i opened the parcel what did i find inside not what i ordered,
In the parcel i found a toy robot battery operated valute about 5 euros be awear dont but anything from this shop. I will not🤬

A total scam - They advertise a ILife V5S robot cleaner and send you a cheap plastic battery operated toy that does not move. Paypal knows this and still they are the only payment Allwayshop takes.

IF IN UK CALL BANK AND OPEN A CHARGEBACK THEN YOU WILL NOT HAVE TO RETURN THE ITEM, ITS A SCAM WITH PAYPAL AS PAYPAL MAKES YOU RETURN THE ITEM, THE SELLER KNOWS YOU WILL NOT DO THIS BECAUSE OF THE COST! SCAMMING DISGUSTING PEOPLE!

This is a criminal company!
They send you rubbish instead of the item you ordered and rely on the fact that it’s more expensive to return than the item cost (they specify the courier you can use)...
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM

Received a piece of junk, not what I ordered. I want my money back.

Only giving 1 star as you cannot give ZERO. This is the biggest case of false advertisement i have ever came accross! PLEASE dont ORDER FROM this SCAMMERS! If you paid via paypal, open a case for your money back.

Same as everyone else here - got scammed on a robot vacuum which was a piece of junk, not as described. Ad was on Facebook

They delivered a totally different product that I paid. This product it's a junk which can't be used like product ordered.
