Alloy Wheels Direct Anmeldelser

I ordered a set of audi original wheels which were never provided in China market.
I’m really appreciate Tony and his professional team.
They provide a good quality, stable packaging and rapid worldwide to-door delivery. That’s great.

I was a skeptical US resident, but my experience was perfect start to finish. I would highly reccomend!

Impeccable products, very good communication, fast shipping. very happy with the service.

Tony at Alloywheelsdirect has been amazing. Helpful, friendly, efficient and very very patient. He has given me advice regarding my dilemma and sourced the best deal he could for me. The wheels and tyres arrived very swiftly from Germany and all is good. My husband is fitting them as they came with the tyres already fitted to the rims and balanced and although I had paid for fitting it is now not necessary and a credit for refund has already been raised. Exemplary service I would most definitely recommend. Thank you so much Tony

Should be 6 stars to be honest.
From superb advice - freely given (which was both spot on and very informative) to order process, packing and delivery.
Will be back later in the year for winter rims and tyres.

After my slow start online, I received my order (Alpina B7) wgeel caps very quickly, in a robust package. The sales dor was so friendly to check proactively with me if I indeed had ordered the right caps because of the many available caps. Great experience and happy driving now! Jeroen/Netherlands

Ordered a pair of 16X7 Genuine Fuchs wheels, not only managed to get a 20% discount for ordering during a sale period but I also received an additional discount on shipping to Australia. Just received them in a matter of days and I could be happier, thanks guys!

Needed a replacement wheel. They even contacted me to double check I had ordered the correct one. Prompt replies as always to my enquires.

It's the second time I've used this company, and both times they have been a pleasure to deal with.

I will absolutely buy wheels from Tony and Alloy Wheels Direct in the future. I was buying a set of 21" Audi wheels and there wasn't a stock image available and Google image search wasn't turning up reliable results. Tony went above and beyond to validate the design using factory parts guides and helped me through the process. Wheels arrived flawlessly in the USA and look incredible on the car. Thank you again.

I found alloy wheels direct to be very quick and efficient from ordering to delivery. They have a huge range of alloys and accessories to choose from with very reasonable prices too and any questions or advice was given by phone to ensure your satisfaction on your order is the right choice for you. Delivery within the week from ireland.very pleased with alloy wheels direct 👍💯👌

Great service. Would highly recommend this if you want excellent advice and service. Tony was very friendly and reassuring. Price was less than half what mercedes wanted!!
Thanks,. Patrick

This was my second experience with Alloy Wheels Direct. First in 2015 when I found myself a set of Alpina wheels being sold from an Alpina B11 3.5. Exact fit for my 1990 E32. Had them shipped to me in Florida but the center caps needed replacement. Bought them from Alloy Wheels Direct and had my wheels stripped and powder coated. Now seven years later I bought a set of valve stems for those wheels. Came quickly and great communications with company. Thank you.

Great service , communication and fast delivery !

These folks are great...give actual advice about choice of wheels and tires. All I ever got at Tire Rack was "well its our best seller". Tony is stupendous... takes whatever time necessary and even researched the weather in Virginia to ensure that I picked the best tire for me...not what sells best.

I highly recommend Alloy Wheels Direct Ltd. Their expertise is second to none. I would have bought the wrong wheels if not for them.

Fantastic customer service. They helped with finding the right part really helpfull. Would recommend 100%!

Great knowledgeable customer service. Products arrived on time and perfect quality......really impressed with this company!

First time using these guys . Great advice and communication.
Product was quality. Recommended

Phoned this company regarding an alloy wheel which I had managed to destroy by driving on a deflated tyre.
I had been to Mercedes who could not help me. A lovely gentleman answered the call after 2 rings!
So very helpful; gave me pointers on how to get hold of a discontinued alloy. Amazed at the advice and level of detail they gave me on how to get hold of the alloy I needed. Amazing service.

Thanks for the support in following up with the local freight forwarder. Excellent service. I got the Alpina wheels all the way here in the Philippines! Thanks Alloy Wheels!
