Alloy Wheels Direct Anmeldelser

I ordered a wheel-line that I thought was a match for my car. Payment was not taken by alloywheels but instead I received a call from Tony who had gone the extra mile and done his own check on whether the wheel I ordered would match those on my car. Turns out I ordered a diamond cut wheel, while mine are powder coated. Tony had checked and told me powder coated wheels to my spec are not available. Tony could have processed my order and taken my cash but he did not and went to great lengths to protect me. I am highly impressed with this level of customer service which goes beyond what I have come to expect in this day and age. No money was taken and the order was cancelled three days later when I had considered the options Tony talked over with me. I can't thank Tony enough for going the extra mile for me. Stellar service!!!

This is the second time I've bought sets of wheels & tyres from Alloy Wheels Direct & I can't speak highly enough of their service. The wheels & tyres are of the highest standard as is the packaging. The prices are competitive too.

In June 2023 I ordered a set of Mercedes original equipment manufactured wheels for my S Class Mercedes for delivery to my home in Eastern Slovakia. I was impressed by Tony’s professionalism, responsiveness, and product knowledge. Sincerely, David Brown

Tony was knowledge and willing to recommend the best wheels for my car. He was patient too. The wheels arrived in a timely manner and were spotless

The service is excellent, i had ordered 4 times different tyres from Georgia and all of them arrived on time.

Absolutely fantastic experience with Alloy Wheels Direct.

I had many issues with customs in Indonesia and AWD was always on hand to support me with additional documentation and statement letters when needed.

Super fast response times and follow-ups to show that they really cared that I actually received my wheels. Many thanks to Tony and the team, I will definitely buy my next set of wheels from your company!

Could not recommend this company enough, extremely knowledgeable, professional, and great communication. Educated me on my purchase before shipping it out. Shipping was astronomically fast, and all my questions prior to delivery were answered promptly.
The team at Alloy Wheels Direct has been by far the best experience I have had purchasing car parts. Next time I am in the market for wheels I will definitely be giving Tony and the crew a shout.

Help and advice dealing with questions were all very quick and helpful, wheels and tyres were delivered swiftly and arranged fitting was done smoothly. Excellent all round.

Rather than choosing to buy a new car (which is always nice), this time round I opted to buy just some new wheels instead - which is perhaps the next best thing! I wanted though some brand new genuine replacement Alloys Wheels for a 2018 Mini, albeit slightly different from the ones originally fitted to the car; however, looking around online at the wheels available on the market, I got the impression that the alloy wheels market in the UK at least, seems to be largely catered for by 'after market' or generic brands of alloy wheels (which in reality do seem considerably cheaper) rather than by original or OEM wheels.

However, after stumbling across the 'Alloy Wheels Direct' website I found what I was looking for in the form of some genuine replacement wheels and tyres etc which match the OEM wheels and tyres and TPMS and Valves etc in every way.

I wasn't actually aware that my order for 4 wheels and 4 fitted tyres was actually coming direct from an address in Germany, however, my order arrived in 4 large cardboard boxes all of which were quite well packaged with a good amount of protective wrapping. I was quite anxious to open them though just to check that the Black Gloss Wheels I'd ordered were all undamaged and ok - and they were. All good! Good service is not always that easy to find these days, but it's great when you get it.

I was somewhat skeptical about purchasing an expensive set of wheels from a vendor not only in another country but one with whom I had not previously done business. Nor did I know anyone in the larger car community who was aware of Alloy Wheels Direct.

Well, I was anxious for no reason. I selected the MB wheels I wanted from their good selection of new OEM manufacturer-supplied wheels, paid for them and was contacted by their staff the next morning.

Outside of a weekend in between the time the order was placed and the customs paperwork was completed, I had my wheels in-hand. They arrived via UPS (much more reliable than FedEx) within 3 days.

Initial inspection of the wheels and subsequent cermaic coating them proved a pleasure. The wheels were flawless (not factory seconds), not refurbished and of excellent quality. A side benefit is that there were no "core" charges, saving me well more than the reasonable shipping charges.

I suggest that if you are in the market for factory-fresh wheels (a set or a replacement) for your Mercedes, BMW or other high-line European vehicle, these guys are the "real deal".

Great folks to deal with, professional, polite, and extremely knowledgable, Tony in the office was more than just helpful, taking me slowly through all the various tyre/wheel options. If you are considering a new set wheels, an expensive undertaking for most people, then this is the company to use. I cannot recommend them more highly.

Alloy Wheels Direct was able to get me wheels that my Mini dealer was unable to order. They were very courteous and the delivery to the USA was fast!

Amazing customer service and quick delivery! The oem rims are perfect and have been riding great since mounting!

Amazing service. Tricky buying parts online, you don’t know who to trust and where to look, but sales help from alloy wheels direct is unmatched. Helped me find exact factory fitted parts at great price. Such a huge help.

Great experience, really responsive people, great price.

My face hurts so much from smiling - had the new wheels installed this morning and they look better than I imagined... my 1987 300e would smile if it could as well!

Without a single doubt or hesitation, I want to thank Alloy Wheels Direct (and Tony!) for your honorable business practices, listening to me, answering my many questions and so much more -right up to a perfect delivery via detailed invoicing and delivery instructions - just an amazing experience.

More and more finding folks like you is a rarity - its clear you love what you do - and it shows and I felt it with every email exchange... thank you!

Excellent customer service, excellent product at a competitive price, UPS delivery faultless... however I have marked down a point for what I felt was a misleading delivery estimate. These wheels took very nearly 3 weeks to get to me from the time Alloy Wheels Direct took my money. As long as you're not in hurry, I would definitely recommend to others and use again.

It’s very refreshing to deal online with a business that is very efficient and staffed by honest people who are true to their word. I would not hesitate to call alloy wheels direct the next time I’m in need of their products or services.
