Alloy Wheels Direct Anmeldelser

My experience with AlloyWheelsDirect was very awesome, Tony was a big help in making sure that everything went well with my order. Tony went out of his way to get me the rear wheels that were on back oder, if it wasn't for him the order wouldn't have happened. I would definitely recommend this Company and Tony to anyone looking for a great experience on getting the right wheels for your car.

Excellent company to deal with. Tony was very helpful & knowledgeable, and made sure I was ordering the correct items. Alloys arrived in a week from Germany with an estimate of 3 weeks. All in all delighted I found this company.

Visited Alloy wheel direct because I wanted to change my stock 17 inch rims to 18 inch AMG ones. The service I recieved was excellent, got much help with my order by a man named Tony. Pricing was very competitive compared to most and wheels got delivered within a week of dispatching. Very happy with my purchase, will be using again if needed and recommending to others.

Very impressive attention to detail throughout the ordering process , courtesy and efficiency beyond reproach !
I was very impressed with the whole buying process and the advice throughout the transaction which proved to be key !
Thank you Tony!

Tony, the sales guy, thank you personally. Most friendly and attentive attitude on customers

Thanks again Alloy!
My request (a set of genuine ALPINA wheels, plus tires) was about to degenerate, due to the wrong information sent by me.
How to imagine that a car accepts only a particular marked ("ALP") type of tire? But these guys solve it like no one: fast and precise. Their sales team supported me all the way, in a professional manner, until the job was done. Remember: it was my fault. But they choose to help me to fix the entire problem, with no additional costs for me. Great experience indeed!

Hello I would like to update.

It seems there was a mid-understanding. The company has received the return delivery. As it was close to Christmas their return stations were closed. However they were still able to accept the packages.

Just awaiting refund, will update. 👍 good customer service nevertheless.

Refund has now been issued.
CEO got in contact and resolved the issue

Great to deal with.
Prompt delivery.

I recently had the pleasure of doing business with AlloyWheelsDirect.net, and I must say, I'm thoroughly impressed. From start to finish, their service was top-notch.

Firstly, their website is incredibly user-friendly, making it a breeze to navigate and find the perfect set of alloy wheels. The range of options available was fantastic, catering to various tastes and budgets.

What truly sets them apart is their exceptional customer service. The team was not only knowledgeable but also went above and beyond to ensure I found the right wheels for my vehicle. Their responsiveness and willingness to assist made the entire process seamless.

Moreover, the prices offered were incredibly competitive without compromising on quality. I compared with several other retailers, and AlloyWheelsDirect.net consistently offered the best deals without skimping on service.

I was pleasantly surprised by the swift delivery. The wheels arrived well-packaged and in pristine condition, a testament to their attention to detail.

Overall, I couldn't be happier with my experience. I highly recommend AlloyWheelsDirect.net to anyone in search of high-quality wheels coupled with outstanding service and competitive prices. Kudos to the team for their dedication to customer satisfaction!

These guys are absolute legends. Wheels delivered to the other side of the world in under 2 weeks, at a great price, reassuringly top quality packaging, and next level customer service — in-person calls after placing the order, and to follow up once delivered. I can't recommend highly enough, they are nothing short of exceptional.

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing from Alloy Wheels Direct, and I must say, the experience has been nothing short of exceptional. Initially, there was a minor issue with one of the products I received – a discrepancy in the wheel covers. However, the way Alloy Wheels handled the situation was exemplary.

From the moment I raised my concerns, they were attentive, understanding, and proactive. They not only acknowledged the issue but also quickly proposed a satisfactory solution by offering to send replacement covers. These replacements arrived promptly and were in perfect condition, resolving the issue seamlessly.

This level of customer service is rare and highly commendable. It's not just the quality of the products that makes a company great, but also how they handle situations when things don't go as planned. Alloy Wheels has shown a remarkable commitment to customer satisfaction and has certainly earned my trust and future business.

I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality products backed by a team that truly cares about its customers.

The wheel was excellent, the service was even better. Tony walked me through buying the correct wheel instead of the incorrect wheel I originally ordered, which was absolutely amazing.

I was unsure about the site because i hadn’t heard of them prior to finding them by chance, but one call to Tony eliminated all doubt. Tony is an encyclopedia of all things wheels and fitment, and he was nothing short of astounding in what he was able to provide me. Not only is he friendly and receptive, but he’s so very knowledgeable about his product and will be able to answer any questions presented to him. I will be suggesting them to all of my friends every chance i get, and I’ll never stop singing Tony’s praises. He provided me the single greatest customer service experience that I’ve ever had with an online or overseas merchant. My wheels came in quickly despite how far they had to travel, and the packaging was secure and effective. 15/10 stars, and 10 of them are a direct result of Tony.

Tony rang me back directly after my initial contact on-line. He confirmed the size of rims that I needed and gave me some very sensible and rational advice about tyre choices which was above the call of duty. The wheels arrived well packed and on time about 10 days after the initial contact. The price was keen and fair. Very satisfied customer. Thank you

Excellent online service and customer communication. BMW Style 427 and ordered from Canada. 4 days UPS shipping to my door. All in all purchase was cheaper than buying from local BMW and I saved $452.53CAN. Awesome team they have!
