Alloy Wheels Direct Anmeldelser

Excellent Service - Received great support and communication from Tony in ensuring i bought the correct item. Great service and quick delivery - highly recommend Alloy Wheels Direct !!

I ordered 4 wheel caps and received an email from Tony saying that he wasn't sure that they would fit as I have after market wheels. I was sure that I had measured the caps correctly, so he suggested that he send just one cap so I could check, and if it fitted he would send the remaining 3 caps at no extra shipping charge. This meant that if the cap didn't fit I would only lose the money for 1 cap and not for the price of 4. This showed excellent customer care and proved that he wasn't prepared to charge full price for a product which in his expert opinion may not be right for me. As it happened, when I received the first cap, it did fit, and true to his word, Tony sent the remaining 3 caps at no extra charge. From one very happy customer!

I am not a savvy car person. I purchased rims without tires and they reached out to me and offered to add tires so I dont have to find them locally, balance etc. They made recommendations and delivered fast. I am thrilled with the rims and the customer service that I received.

Communication was great, prompt and all useful information transmitted .

Tony went above and beyond on helping to clarify all my questions and to offer the best available items.

Cheers alloys direct, thanks Tony

Great experience. Purchased wheels with mounted tires. Couldn’t ask for better service, or delivery of finished product. Tony was very helpful and took care of everything. Highly recommend.

Super helpful with my enquiry for Alpina wheels. All questions answered and wheels arrived in perfect condition. Many thanks Tony

Great service! Wish the shipment was cheaper from Europe but other than that all satisfied.

There was a 2 week delay because of the center caps they did not have in stock. Until I had to mail them and ask them to ship the wheels separately, which they did. Apart from that all good.

helpful information given and trusted seller.

Easy to find online what I wanted. Straight forward payment. Reliable and trouble free delivery.

Awesome Company to deal with! I have purchased 2 sets of wheels for my 2 Smart Cars, and could not be happier about the wheels, and the buying experience. On 1 of the orders, the team at Alloy Wheels Direct wanted to double check something, so shortly after my order was placed, they called me to clarify a couple things. I appreciate the direct communication, rather than going back and forth through email. I will be using them again on my next set of wheels for sure!

Dealing with Tony was very pleasant and efficient

Tony was so helpful for my special application request. I recently purchased a 2020 M4 CS for my track day hobby. The only issue is that the 20” rear wheels limit the amount of tires you can buy. As you can image track tires are not cheap. I purchased a set of 437M wheels which are all 19” wheels (19x9 front, 19x10 rear) which tremendously opened up the range of track tire to purchase. however that left me with the 763M wheels that the car comes with. So doing some research with Tony we arrived with the M2CS 763M wheel which are 19x10. I was ok with them being Matte Black vs the Orbit Grey(for the M4CS) since these were going to be a second track duty wheel/tire set. Tony checked inventory and shipped them in a very timely manner!! The quality of the wheels are brand new. Look forward to using them on the track.

Their courier (UPS) is not fit for purpose. Firstly, issues changing delivery date and UPS website showing incorrect delivery info for some time. I called Tony at Alloy Wheels Direct but he was unable to change anything re the delivery with UPS but would monitor it on my behalf. The worst part (and the reason for 1*) was how UPS delivered the package, bearing in mind alloy wheels can cost £1000s. They simply left it on the doorstep in clear view of the street, the box clearly labelled "Alloy Wheels Direct". Not attempt to ring the doorbell or obtain a signature (I have cctv to prove it). Just took a photo and walked off. That is simply not good enough for products worth so much money. If you use Alloy Wheels Direct, insist that they don't use UPS as the courier.
Edit: I appreciate the reply given by Alloy Wheels Direct. I have also been in direct contact with them and they have offered to use an alternative courier should I order from them again. I've upgraded the review to 3* based on their customer service response, but my concerns over UPS remain.

My new Mercedes Benz wheels fit perfect ! I was guided about exactly what type would actually fit due to my older model. There was a delay in shipment , BUT it was due to the holiday season which was explained by Tony. I completely understood and the wheels where delivered on the date as I was told.
Thank you !

Great service, speed and quality item :)

Happily buy again.

Great company, my NEW genuine BMW wheels delivered quickly without any issues, customer service was outstanding, always kept informed and advised on all related products I might need by Tony A++

Very helpful on the phone, sensible prices and delivered on time.

Tony is my contact he is beyond professional. I am based in Taiwan, Tony helped me to solved everything regarding oem Audi RS wheel.

This is the company that you should trust!

I can't say enough good things about my experience with Alloy Wheels Direct. I was initially tentative on making a major purchase overseas with an unknown (to me) vendor but they exceeded all my expectations. I bent my wheel on a giant Maine pothole and needed to replace it. My Audi dealer could not find one anywhere in the USA and was quoted a 4 month delivery period through Audi. Tony at Alloy Wheels Direct took my VIN number and found the wheel I needed ready for immediate shipment. Delivery from Europe to my dealer was included in the price and even including that it was less money than Audi was charging. This is an OEM Audi wheel that I got! These guys are the best.
