Alloy Wheels Direct Anmeldelser

Excellent service and a fantastic product! Tony was so helpful from ordering to delivery and through to fitting. First class service! The alloys look great on the car and make a huge difference. I can't recommend this company highly enough! Brilliant!

I’d be wary of these lot or at the very least be aware that their sales are not discounted.
They artificially increase the presented RRP, host a “sale” to entice you in, it makes it look like you’re saving 20% but the actual price is the same as it was yesterday before the sale started (08/06/25).
I’ve been watching 302m and 303m wheels and noticed this today. Imagine my excitement at potentially saving £600 on a set of wheels, only to realise when you configure it all again during the “sale” it’s the same price as it was before the “sale”.

Funnily enough when I raised this with them via live chat I got no response. The internet archive also shows the lack of price change.

Can’t be having that. I’d rather just buy direct from BMW, get the tyres cheaper elsewhere and not fund dodgy trading practices.

Edit: thanks for the reply, but “being well below BMW prices” and “exchange rate fluctuations” isn’t the conversation. The price id pay on your site hasn’t changed from before the “sale” and during the “sale”, 20% is a huge differential but not as huge as the mental gymnastics that reply involved.

The euro didn’t suddenly climb 20% against the pound and BMW didn’t suddenly increase their prices 20% allowing you to stagnate pricing and claim a sale.

Order process was very straight forward. Received the wheels in a timely manner and are a nice match for our 2025 BMW i4. Using the BMW center caps from the original wheels and they fit perfectly without modification.

Very competetive pricing and highest quality OEM wheels.

Great advice from Tony when I wanted to replace the wheels on my BMW. Excellent customer service and communication throughout the whole process. Really impressed and would highly recommend.

Great Experience, Fast and easy transaction even to Canada! Product as described, great!!

Tony’s team at Alloy wheels direct was great. From the numerous emails to the overall final purchase and smooth delivery Alloy Wheels is a highly recommended place for your OEM BMW rims and tires, thank you very much

Tony is just amazing. His service and attaention to detail is exceptional. The wheels were great too.

Avoid at all costs!

Item took a long time to arrive, and when it finally did it was defective.

These guys sent me a defective £600 wheel, it had a crack in the inner side, they even admitted that they didn’t check and/or care that this happened. That could’ve resulted in a fatal accident. Supposedly these are checked at their warehouse, but clearly aren’t. Horrendous.

EDIT -
The dispute was raised at the time BEFORE the wheel was received m, as they dragged their heels to send a replacement. Bunch of joeys, a two man band running a business.

I had great experience with Tony from Alloy Wheels Direct. I needed winter tires and wheel set for g80 M3 and wanted to get 829M wheels. Unfortunately those were discontinued, but Tony was great to offer several suggestions to build your own wheels/tires set. Very knowledgeable and helpful, constant communication. Wheels were shipped quickly and arrived within a week. When I need wheels/tires next, Alloys Wheels Direct would be my first choice.

Outstanding service from Tony at Alloy wheels. I received an exact OEM replacement wheel for my 2025 BMW 540i. It arrived very quickly in perfect condition. I would not hesitate to use them again. Also the price I paid was the lowest of any source I checked and a lot lower than my local BMW dealership. Thanks Tony!

The Alloy wheels on my 2008 Mercedes E Class were looking very tired and very hard to keep clean letting down the look of the rest of the car, I then found Alloy Wheels Direct. Unfortunately every wheel I liked was unavailable, this is because I have 16ins 7.5 wheels and 225/16 tyres, not long after my car was made Mercedes moved onto 17 and 18ins wheels. I eventually decided to go for steel wheels which were available and use wheel trims. Throughout this Tony in Sales really did pull out all the stops to try to keep me happy, when my wheels arrived today they are silver which is so much better than black which I was expecting. Having spent many years in motor trade management before retiring I really didn't think this kind of service was still out there. Thank you Tony for all your help.

Called to ask about a wheel and although Tony couldn't help me himself he stayed on the line and was happy to have a look at a picture to help me sort this elsewhere. Superb service and would use again for sure!

Excellent customer service, in constant contact and delivered my wheel promptly and in perfect condition

Great communication and service. Wheels delivered quickly and exactly as described.

Great experience
Very pleased with the wheels and tyres I purchased. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable and helped me choose the right product. Would 100% buy from them again.

Incredible service!

I searched everywhere online for replacement alloys for my car after the pot holes of Brighton cracked one of the rear wheels 🫠

Finally found these guys. Their website is really good and was super helpful in helping me find a very very close match to my old alloys.

And their customer service has been 5 star. I don't know a lot about cars and alloy fittings etc but Chris led me patiently through every stage of choosing the right fit.

Happy to say I'm back on the road again! 🛞🛞🛞🛞

All issues resolved. Happy customer.

I live in USA and the staff were quick to answer my questions. I received my new Alpina wheel cap with key in a well packaged shipping box in a very quick timely matter. I would do business again. I appreciate the transaction very much!!!

Excellent service. Exceeded my expectations. Ordered a few days ago. Rims and tyres received very well protected and handled with care.
