Great company, brilliant communication adn really friendly, easy delivery and collection. Most of all the choice of glasses are superb, everything you can imagine and all really great quality. Will definitely use this company again, I would highly recomend.

I have used Allen’s ( particularly the delightful Kirsty) to help supply me with crockery, glasses and furniture for 2 weddings now. They are always so helpful and positive despite the countless changes in numbers required or items requested . Everything turns up on time, the phone is always answered by a real person and their catalogue is extensive. It makes the experience must less stressful!

Great company to deal with, good communication, delivery drivers were excellent both dropping off and collecting.

A superb service with a really intuitive and easy-to-use online booking system that means you can see and navigate all the different options and prices categories building up your basket, within your budget, as you go. This was then followed up with great in-person service allowing us to modify and add to the order right up to a few days before delivery. Communication was excellent throughout, from initial order confirmation, order amendments and delivery and collection notice. The delivery guys were great too, loading and outloading everything in a quick, friendly and professional way.

Needed to hire a large number of parasols on short notice during a heatwave. Allens delivered promptly and efficiently - fantastic service!

We used Allens catering equipment for our wedding which we held in our garden at home. The service we received from them was superb right from the initial enquiry through to the delivery and collection.
Emma in the office was excellent and supported me through a few changes as I perfected the day, even altering the delivery date for me at short notice to accommodate me.
The delivery/collection drivers were super friendly and nothing was too much trouble.

Honestly, I could not have asked for a more personalised, professional and perfect service - delivery and collection on point, excellent enormous BBQ for our chef for a 40th party - really efficient and attentive customer service and a delivery driver going above and beyond. Allens in Luton were a pleasure to deal with. I hired some trestle tables for a tea party over the phone. The reception team were very efficient and helpful with the paperwork and the warehouse guys were super helpful in loading up my car.

Great device, would use again

I drove to Allens in Southampton to see Kirsty,who helped me select spring green table clothes for my informal 70th birthday party.Kirsty went the extra mile to support me on my colour and price selection.
On the Friday the delivery man was on time and carried up 2 large cloth bags of beautifully ironed and packed clothes.We used a local hall and the long table clothes transformed the trestle tables !
After the party,the Monday pick up man was
friendly and on time.
I would not hesitate to recommend Allens service for anyone organising a celebration.

I have been using Allens for some years, why, because they do things amazingly well, right across the company, from sales (who are often my table designers!that ensure my client gets the best look for that event),delivery team who are always efficient and cheerful, warehouse team for sourcing items that are a one off, to accounts team for when I need a gentle nudge!
I am a small event company, but the service I get is huge, the quality of the produce is always the best, delivered on time, then when a client (on the day ) changing things, they just jump in and rescue me.
Hospitality is not an easy world, but Allens make it easier.
