I had ordered a brushcutter that was quickly dispatched and delivered. Good communication throughout the whole process. Unfortunately the delivery company handled the box quite roughly and the brushcutter was slightly damaged. The sales team handled this very quickly and unbureaucratically without me having to involve the courier.

We went to buy a robot lawn mower. There was a very wide choice of makes and sizes. Ours is a fairly small lawn and the sales staff took time to advise and give us a demonstration of the most suitable mower. We are extremely pleased with the Navimow which operates well with stripes or criss cross pattern. It's very quiet and gently docks itself away from the lawn after mowing

Needed a specialist diamond saw blade for quartz natural stone, and wanted to ensure that it was available. Helpful guy said he would contact their suppliers to ensure that the one I was thinking of ordering was correct for this material. He rang me back with the information, however, there was only one in stock. At my request I asked if he would check it was actually there, so he said he would go to the warehouse and see. Rang me back, there was just one. Ordered late on Monday on normal delivery, and it was dispatched the same day. Arrived on Thursday well packaged in perfect condition.

Ordered a huskvarna lawn mower and all I can say is the level or professionalism and quality of the sales and service was amazing. Had a small issue with delivery but Andy came back to me so swiftly and sorted the issue out and the lawnmower was delivered by DPD the following day as promised. Amazing service amazing company and would not have any issues in recommending the company if you need a lawnmower or other garden or building equipment. They know their stuff and are very helpful.

I ordered an automated lawnmower from them. They offered the best price and good service. When the delivery was slightly delayed they proactively informed me that the courier driver had taken ill and the delivery would come the next working day. That's what I call great communication. I didn't have any problems with the delivery, and I got the impression that if there had been any issues, Red Band would have ensured that they were resolved effectively.

Leaf blower arrived quickly at a good price with an accurate delivery slot. I can ask for no more

Some years ago, I had the good fortune to purchase A Husqvarna 320 Automower from Redband
Since purchase, the after sales service provided by David Main and his team together with Anne in Accounts has been fantastic
In view of this, despite me being 100 miles away in N Wales I have now bought another, the larger model - a 450x from Redband.
So good was their service, one of my friends has also bought a 450x as well.
My only complaint is that Redband doesn’t have a branch/Husqvarna Agency in N Wales!
