I placed an order for Christmas presents way too late...totally my fault, but the tracking was easy and the customer service great. Each time I sent an email, it was personally and kindly answered within 24 hours...great customer service!

The order process has always been seamless and my wife loves everything I've gotten her from Allegra K. Keep up the great work and products!

The item i ordered is high quality but the sizing on the coat i ordered runs one size smaller so i returned it and i confirmed they received at a warehouse in my city but they said it'd be 30 days for a refund. This was early December. I really needed the $, which was almost $100. I reached out and asked and sure enough the customer service rep responded that they have issued my refund and when i checked my bank acct it was there. I appreciate the high quality products at good deals and the customer service is AMAZING. I will definitely will be ordering here next winter. Thank you Meng and Allegra-K!

I needed to return one skirt from my order of four items. Their site says free returns within 30 days, and I explicitly followed all of their instructions. They first emailed me an offer of $10 back for an item that cost me $37.29 and I could just keep the skirt (which doesn't fit!), and if I didn't want to do that, they would send me the return label. I, of course, turned down the $10 offer and requested the return label. Then the next day, they emailed me this... "Since you used the coupon code, the actual payment amount for the item is $37.29, I have specifically requested a refund of $20 for you. You can keep the item, donate it, give it to a friend, or simply dispose of it. Are you satisfied with our proposal?" Again, I responded that it was NOT satisfactory!! I wanted my FULL refund since that is what their site says I could receive. I told them that they could send me a prepaid return label or not, that part was up to them, but that I expected my full refund regardless!!! They emailed me the exact same $20 offer again! So then I emailed them that I expected to receive my $37.29 refund immediately. I got no response!!! So, I emailed them again requesting the full refund. Again, NO response!!! And they didn't even give me the $20 refund!!! It looks like I am simply out of luck! Stuck with a skirt I can't use and out $37.29!! So, I figured the least I could do is warn others that this company is a FRAUD and DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!!!

I have not worn either pair yet but they exactly like pictured! I just wish the one pair came in half sizes. I went up to the next size a little big but it's a ankle boot so I will wear a short sock inside to make it fit better! Always a solution

Beware of buying anything from Allegra K around the holidays. My assumption was that the 30 day return policy would be extended through the end of January for purchases made in Nov and Dec but I was wrong. Additionally, customer service was rude and distant when I expressed my concerns. It is clear they are responding from a far playbook. I will not be purchasing anything from this company again.

EDITED TO ADD -- Allegra K claims they gave me a partial refund. They in fact did not.

My daughter ordered a fur shrug for a wedding and it arrived in good time. The shrug is of great value and good quality as is depicted on the website. She was very pleased with her purchase.

Delivery takes forever! No way to track or communicate. During the order they did not state when this jacket would be delivered.

The return order process should be improved. I did not like that I had to email customer service and negotiate with them. Although they gave me $50 back over $63 and I could keep the item, I would have preferred to have a full refund and not keep an item that I will never wear because it does not fit.

I ordered a coat and i loved it. I had a little issue with the size and I sent them an email and they answered promptly and were very helpful and resolved my issue right away

Dresses I ordered had no shape to them, the fit was baggy. I am trying to return them.

Horrible I need to return this it is too small. You have not made that a good experience.

I strongly recommend NOT ordering from Allegra K. They sent me a damaged coat.
I sent them photos of the damaged coat.
I ask for a return lable. They have not sent me a return label. I have sent them several emails. Very disappointed in Allegra K !!!!

I strongly warn others about ordering from Allegra K. I ordered four small tops, and the sizing was completely inconsistent—one was too small, and another was far too big. Their return process is unreliable. They provided a return label but then falsely claimed they never received my package, even though tracking proves it was delivered. Customer service is unhelpful and inconsistent. I am still in the process of trying to get my money back through a PayPal dispute. Based on my experience, I do not recommend this company and advise EXTREME caution if you are considering ordering. I wish I was warned.

Return process could be improved to remain competitive. Unlike Shein or Amazon which shopping app that allows you to easy return your order, but Allegra is set up with customer service that reaches out to you and try to negotiate that you keep your order instead of returning for 30% refund. Although this is an option, but why would I want 30 % refund and keep something that I cannot wear.

The return policy is a joke. I tried to make a return well within their rules and got nothing but pushback. Never received the return label I paid for.

We placed several orders over the last few weeks and I did not have the most plesant expirence. One order had several indigo pea coats in it, the shipping said it was split into two packages- at the same time I had an order for 1 of the pea coats but in pink. We recieved all the blue coats, but we never got the pink coat. When I sent an email to customer service they would not help me. I explained to them what had happened and they insisted that there was no way the packages could get mixed up. They asked me to take a picture of the package and the blue jacket- but we had already thrown out the package. So, I ended up having to order another pink one and basically lost out on the $66 of the original pink one ordered. They were rude over email, and would not help me what so ever. I would have tried to return everything but we had ordered the jackets for a musical we have opening tonight.... so we had to use them and do anything possible to get the matching pink one in on time. But, I will not be ordering from them if I do not have to.
