I thought I was purchasing Claude 😭
I purchased an annual subscription because I genuinely believed I was purchasing the official Claude service from Anthropic. The sponsored Google ad prominently referred to "Claude", and the website/interface looked very similar to the official Claude platform.
I specifically wanted Claude because of its Cowork functionality, which All Chatbots AI does not offer.
I discovered my mistake within a few hours and immediately requested cancellation and a full refund. I stopped using the service immediately.
Instead of addressing my concerns, customer support simply referred me to their "no refunds" policy.
Very misleading experience. Be careful to verify that you are purchasing directly from the official Claude/Anthropic website.

Sorry — that's a genuinely frustrating way to spend a year's subscription. Cowork is Anthropic's own feature; we're a separate service offering Claude, GPT and Gemini for chat. I would give no stars if I could
I would give no stars if I could. I bought what I thought was 7-day access, paying £1.99. A week later I was charged £29.99, recurring payment. What was not evident when I signed up and paid, is that the 7-day access then became a monthly subscription, and there seems to be no way to cancel. I contacted them using the 'report an issue' function, the night before the trial ended asking them to cancel the payment and subscription, which they did not do, and contacted them again when they had taken the money, asking for a refund but have heard nothing.

Very misleading to look like claude.ai. Once a payment is done for a year it is impossible to refund. Makes you think you bought a subscription at Claude.
No response on my e-mail to request a refund.
EDIT: Adding 'Trustpilot' to the subject line doesn't help. They pretend to be working on it, but they simply ignore you.

Can't refund. DO NOT EVER PURCHASE!
Do not waste your time or money on this app. It advertises itself as an all-in-one hub for all the major AI models, but it does NOT actually use the real bots. It’s just a fake clone wrapped in a fancy interface. Extremely deceptive and disappointing.

All Chatbots AI connects directly to the real APIs from OpenAI (ChatGPT), Anthropic (Claude), Google (Gemini), and others. You don't see the API calls happening behind the scenes, but they're running every time you send a message — the same way a phone app doesn't show you the network requests, but they're there.
We'd genuinely like to know what made you think it was fake. A few questions:
Did messages not get responses?
Did the responses seem wrong or low-quality for the model you picked?
Something else?
If something wasn't working, we can help fix it.
Branded to look like Claude — misleading, and support ignores legal refund requests
I subscribed to this site believing, based on their Claude-styled logo and interface, that I was purchasing the actual Claude subscription from Anthropic. It is an unaffiliated third-party reseller — a disclaimer only appears in small print at the bottom of the page, after you've already seen the branded interface. When I requested a refund under my country's statutory 14-day withdrawal right for distance contracts (citing their own refund policy, which explicitly says mandatory local consumer law overrides their no-refund terms), support replied with a boilerplate "all sales are final" response and ignored the legal argument entirely. Be careful before subscribing — check the URL and look past the branding.
Update: After my post here, I have been contacted by chatbots support and after few days they issued refund.

The sign-up and payment flow describes the service as an all-in-one AI assistant with access to multiple models and tools, including ChatGPT, Gemini, DeepSeek, and Claude. The final checkout page also states that the charge is authorized to ALLCHATBOTS.AI. We understand, however, that our company name and non-affiliation notice may not have been prominent enough throughout every step of the process.
We take this feedback seriously and would appreciate knowing which specific elements made the service appear to be an official Anthropic subscription. That will help us make the branding, company identity, and affiliation disclosures clearer and more prominent.
