I subscribed to All Chatbots Refund refused even though Claude Code was the reason I subscribedAI for…
I subscribed to All Chatbots AI for $179.99 for one year because I specifically wanted to use Claude Code.
After purchasing the subscription, I discovered that Claude Code was not available through the service. This was the specific functionality I had subscribed for, so I contacted support and requested cancellation and a refund.
I first requested a refund on July 25, shortly after my purchase. I then waited for weeks for a substantive response.
When support eventually replied, I explained that this was not simply a case of changing my mind about a subscription. I had purchased the annual plan for a specific purpose — to use Claude Code — and only after purchasing did I discover that it was not available.
I asked them to escalate my case to a supervisor or someone authorized to review refund exceptions.
The final response I received from Melanie was:
“I cannot refund from this ticket. Payments are final per [refund policy]. This is the final answer I can give on this ticket.”
I understand that All Chatbots AI has a refund policy. However, I am disappointed that the specific circumstances of my purchase do not appear to have been individually considered, despite my request for escalation.
I have also seen All Chatbots AI publicly offer to review similar customer cases on Trustpilot. I therefore hope they will reconsider my case as well and issue a full refund of the $179.99 annual subscription.
If All Chatbots AI resolves this matter and provides the refund, I will update this review accordingly.

Careful with this website
This site is intentionally looking identical like Claude AI site to scam people, I accidentally paid for the trial week since I thought it was Claude and when I figured it out, I tried to cancel my trial as well so I won't have to pay additional monthly subscription. But after 2 days, even though trial is not even ended and I cancelled my plan, they withdrew the 29.99$ monthly payment from me and it doesn't even show on the website's invoice page. I asked a refund but they are going around and delaying it because "it's not on the invoice page" which is why I'm here to warn you all

Run as fast as you can from this company
So my next review, I am cont to leave a one star reviews because they choose to stand on thier scam protection rule of no refund. I really hope people sees this and chose not to use them. I am not saying this due to their app or software it because they are scummy and dont care for customers. If you get a charge and have no knowledge who they are or used them they won't refund you. This is why it seems they have the policy to keep unearned money from people. They need to clear this up only response I have got was 2 times and each was just to say no refund, you can also see they asked me to email them on other reviews I left just so they can tell me no refund its policy.

THIS IS NOT CLAUDE.
They Trick you into think they're Claude. I already have Claude and thought my renewal was due so I made payment. But it's essentially a reseller/aggregator you pay them once and, in theory, get to use several different companies' AI models through their interface.

A few things worth flagging:
It's not affiliated with Anthropic. They aren't Claude and aren't Anthropic ...All Chatbots AI is a separate service that provides access to several AI models, and any "Claude" you'd chat with there isn't a direct, official Anthropic product. I attempted to cancel within minutes of my purchase and was told no refunds. That should be illegal, within the first day and not even using the service at all should at the very least a refund should be issued. If they do NOT issue a full refund, I will be reporting to reportfraud.ftc.gov.
