Poor Service, Terrible Support and No Accountability
How can a company offer a poor-quality service, hide behind extremely unfavourable terms, and then refuse to issue a refund when the service clearly does not meet reasonable expectations?
Their customer service makes matters even worse. It is extremely difficult to get a proper response, replies take far too long, and straightforward questions are repeatedly avoided.
I will leave it to others to decide what to call a company that operates like this. What I can say is that this is a very poor imitation of businesses that understand basic customer service, take responsibility, and treat paying customers with respect.
I exercised my EU consumer rights immediately after purchase and requested a refund. Instead of resolving the matter properly, I was met with delays, evasive responses, and repeated references to their own “no refund” policy.
The whole experience has been unacceptable.
You should be deeply ashamed of the way this has been handled. In my view, this is far below any reasonable standard of professional and decent customer service.
My advice is simple: think very carefully before giving this company your money.

TERRIBLE experience
I paid on September 24th, but the service isn't responding to emails sent to support, so I am requesting a refund; the subscription is misleading because the interface copies that of other platforms to trick people—a TERRIBLE experience!
