i returned a dress and i am stuck with store credit - they do not offer refund, which is ok but you cant use the store credit with any other discount code and have to use it all at once or higher amount - TOTAL RIP OFF
so if you want to purchase anything with that store credit you pay full price of item + shipping
even though there is 30% off Discount code i cant use it
A dress that should cost me only 343$ after discount but with store credit it will cost me 490$(full price) + Shipping ( 10$- even thought >400$ should be free shipping) so 500$ for a dress that should cost me 343$
I reached out to them stating its unfair, store credit is technically the money i already paid, i should be able to use the discount code - i have been shopping online for years never have i seen such store credit rules
you can find much better brands with easy returns and repurchases - SO DO NOT RECOMMEND PURCHASING From them
A brand selling dresses at such high prices but with cheap tricks to rip people off

Please note that you are not required to use your store credit all at once. We provide customers with the flexibility to split their store credit into separate amounts, which can be used at a later date. However, store credit cannot be used in conjunction with discount codes. We understand this may be disappointing, but this information is clearly available on our website, and we encourage customers to reach out with any questions prior to purchase to ensure satisfaction.
If you simply wish to exchange the size of the original item purchased, we would be happy to honour the original amount paid. However, if you choose to exchange for a different item, the discount can no longer be applied.

Dishonesty and Sizes run 2x Smaller
Would leave less than 1 star if I could. I am the same measurements they have listed for their model on the dress that I bought so that’s the size I purchased. It was no where near the correct sizing I couldn’t even get it over my hips. Took it to a seamstress to see if she could help and she said it was massively mis-sized. Asked if I could exchange for the next size and was advised no problem, sent my dress back and had to purchase the larger size and wait for my refund only to find out after all of this that they would only give a partial refund to keep an admin fee. When I challenged this I was told that I had been advised of this and I had not been (they even sent me back the email they thought was them advising me of this fee and there was no mention of an admin fee). Absolute dishonesty and theft. The larger size up also didn’t fit, so it goes to show their sizing is way off and cheaply made. Will never ever purchase from this company again and have been warning all of my girlfriends to stay far away!

If I could give 0 stars I would.
Sure the clothes look really cute, but the after sales service is DISGUSTING.
Imagine supplying a FAULTY product to customers and expecting to keep their money because it was “on sale” all they could offer was a $15 partial refund for dry cleaning.
Coming from someone with 10+ years in retail I would never decline a customer their money on something that is faulty, regardless of its price. If I am buying something new I would expect it to be brand new.
Don’t be fooled by their “inspection policy” as my item was clearly not inspected with multiple marks all on the fabric and inside the lining which came through.
They have since offered me a store credit but in honestly I don’t know why I’d ever want to shop with them again.

Nice fit, cute black dress
Nice fit, cute, sexy lil dress, does not look cheap, somehow the quality actually matches the price tag( bought it when discounted), overall a good buy.
Only downside is the feathers kinda easy to fall off, when I opened the package already some came off, I would imagine there’s more would come off when you put on and take off the dress each time.

Seeing a variety of gowns is pleasing to scroll through. So many photos displayed of the gown on the models were very helpful. I also appreciated the value for money and notification of discounts. I must admit I was concerned about sizing given the amount your spending and online, but having the measurements available helped. Delivery was quick and follow up was on time.

Communication is non existent
I am very disappointed with the communication from Alamour. I have initiated a return request and received an email saying they can't see this. Now I am waiting for a response so I can send the item back. Just some customer service would be great. No one answers the what's app and the online chat doesn't work either.
If you a thinking of buying please think twice.

The dreamiest gown - felt like Cinderella!
I came across Alamour when googling “tulle formal dress” for a wedding I would be attending in Lake Como, Italy. I wanted something extra special for what would be the dreamiest wedding I’d probably ever attend! This absolutely stunning baby blue tulle dress of my dreams came before my eyes and I knew I had to get it. The shipping was relatively fast, considering it was coming from Australia to the US. The quality and structure of the corset gown is exceptional. I truly felt like a princess and hope I can find another occasion to wear it again. I will definitely come back to Alamour for any future event-ready dress needs ❤️
