I booked a flight back on the 18th November 2024. And like many many others of you, I got told sorry that seat had sold out and I needed to pay an extra £309. Normally I would have cancelled but it was Christmas and my 90 year old mother was so looking forward to me coming home so I paid. The tickets were supposed to arrive by the 30th Nov 2024. 5 days before the tickets were due I logged into Emirates and discovered I had no booking. I spoke to Emirates and they stated the ticket had been cancelled. I now had no ticket. I wrote to Floyd Pearson asking what was going on. He never replied. I waited a few more days after ticket was due to arrive and finally contacted my bank and told them the story and proceeded to buy another ticket. After a long kafuffle Airwaay offered to pay me back and I signed their agreement. That was back in February 2025 and guess what ? To this date, 8 months after I purchased the original ticket they have never refunded one penny even though they signed paperwork. They are charlatans and crooks NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

Regarding the chargeback, we faced delays retrieving the funds due to disputes but worked diligently with our merchant to resolve this, and your refund has already been processed. Given a price for the flight on line …. After booking informed prices could go up… received a call the following evening to say £600 increase in price!! Told them to cancel the booking… let’s see how long that takes to be resolved…. Don’t use this company

AVOID AT ALL COSTS – SCAMMERS WHO MISSELL THEN DELAY REFUNDS
If I could give zero stars, I would.
I booked flights through Airwaay, and everything seemed fine until Edward called to inform me that our return flights to the UK had been “missold”. According to him, our original tickets were no longer valid unless we paid an extra fee for an upgrade. This was never disclosed at the time of booking.
Due to this shady upsell tactic, we had no choice but to cancel. That’s when the real nightmare began.
We were told by Edward on May 19th that the full refund had been processed and it would take 3–4 weeks. When that timeframe passed, I started emailing. I was then passed around by their Customer Services team, including Sarah Ingram who provided conflicting updates and excuses.
First, they said the refund was already completed, then backtracked and said it was still “processing” due to “internal verification.”
I had to chase them for weeks, email after email, and finally threaten escalation to the Financial Ombudsman before anything was resolved. Even then, they only acted after I demanded proof, a formal letter, and compensation for the inconvenience.
This company appears to be deliberately stalling refunds, and their shady business practices—upselling due to their own error and delaying repayment for months—feel borderline fraudulent.
To anyone considering using Airwaay:
Do not trust this company.
They will take your money, mislead you, and leave you fighting for a refund.

These guys are Scammers. Do not use
If I could give zero stars, I would. Please steer clear of this company and its deceptive practices—choose a more reputable provider instead. We initially purchased our tickets through their online portal, only to receive a call the next morning claiming the flights hadn’t been ticketed and that we needed to pay an additional fee to secure them. Regrettably, we agreed—without checking reviews first.
Despite paying, we didn’t receive any tickets for over three months. Then, just a week before our scheduled departure, they demanded even more money to book different flights, saying the originals were no longer available. We refused, and they promised a refund. We’ve since discovered they never actually ticketed the flights to begin with and never issued the refund.
This experience was frustrating and costly—avoid this company at all costs.

From stress to peace

It was a great experience
It was a great experience, when I made an inquiry about my flight from London Heathrow to Manila Philippines. I am glad to know that Jessica Amber is a Filipino who's can give me an advise, of which Airline that suitable for me to travel. Jessica has advised me to take Quatar Airline because it is 40 kilos and 7 kilos hand carry luggage, which other Airline only 23 kilos is allowed.
I recommended the travel expert limited to all my friends and relatives here in the UK.

It’s NOT a scam, Shaun Park was excellent!
Shaun Parker was very patient and understanding and got me a great booking where I did recieve the E-ticket when he said I would. I’m ngl after booking I saw the huge about of reviews saying this company was a scam and with that I contacted my bank immediately however that nearly cost me my ticket. I cancelled that fraud request, received my tickets and I would have given 5 stars if wasn’t for that. Shaun did an excellent job from start to finish. I’m happy with the service I was provided and can’t wait to be out of here 😁
