SCAMMERS
Any reviews about this so called travel company, that give positive feedback are all lies. They are Scammers. Beware, these idiots will not issue you with a ticket, they will always make an excuse, classic delaying tactics. Indian scammers using western names. They should all be in prison for ripping off thousands of customers over many years, even when they've used previous company names. Travel expert. and Travel crew. Luckily for me I contacted my bank and got my money back through chargeback. Trading standards should be involved to end this criminal company from fleecing people of their hard earned money. Please Do Not Book With These Scammers.

Same story as everyone else to start…Jessica
Same story as everyone else to start with. Booked my flight ,paid for it. got a call within minutes telling me my flight is no longer available. Alarm bells started ring, rightly so.
Long story short, I paid a bit more for a different flight.
Everyday I was told my ticket would be issued within 24 hours. 4 days later I've just received my etickets.
Jessica got it done. I don't know why it took so long, and was stressful but she rang me and emailed me everyday.
She is polite and respectful so I've got to give her a 5 star review. Thankyou Jessica.
But no stars for Airwaay. very dodgy outfit.
There are some very dodgy lookuing reviews for this company.
This is a genuine review. If you are unlucky enough to book through this company, because there is something "IFFY" about them. Speak to Jessica.
That's the end of my review.

I have been using this company for over 6 years…
I have been using this company for over 6 years now well before covid. My agent Floyd Pearson has assisted me for my last 2 or 3 holidays to Jamaica and barbados. He always trys to find the best offers for you. He is polite and welcoming, he doesn't rush you. I would definitely recommend.

Excellent Customer Service
I booked a flight with Airwaay recently for my husband due to family emergency and was very pleased with how we were dealt with by DAVE. He is very efficient and supportive, His customer service is excellent, very accommodating & with very good communication skills. He was also very helpful when I needed to change my husband’s flight schedule due to unfortunate circumstances, we really felt supported all the way through. We are now looking forward to booking another flight with him again in the future… very much recommended!!!

Leo, 12/10 stars
Leo has been the most helpful and understanding when it came to booking. We were in constant communication to ensure everything was perfect with the flights with reorganising and even putting me on a better flight than I had previously booked. When I sadly had to cancel my flights however, Leo reassured me that everything would be okay and I should get some money back. I will in future be contacting Leo for further bookings for sure.

It didn't start off very well, but Dave Smith was very helpful and resolved the initial problem. We did have to pay a little more than the original price shown when we booked, but we now have e-tickets and are ready to go!

Airwaay travel agents - Extremely unprofessional company how do…
Extremely unprofessional company how do they receive a license for trading.
Brought plane ticket in March 2025, still have not received tickets or confirmation that I am actually flying.
They love to use delay tactics to actually respond to my request to have the ticket sent to me and my booking confirmed, members of staff who is dealing with my booking is seldom at work, I presume they are working from abroad or somewhere 6 hrs behind UK time.
If you want stress and feel like you have been scammed then please choose to use this company to purchase your tickets.
The positive reviews they have received on review website are questionable and very hard to believe.
Where is Jessica and Sarah when we need them.
This company needs to have it's. Licence revoked and their Directors struck off. They must be laughing all the way to the bank. Far from the standard you would expect from a company being allowed to trade in Britain, a perfect example of how this nation has declined, lol.

Matters have not been resolved as you have stated in your reply below, please do not try to pull the wool over people's eyes.
My full refund of over £900 for the purchase made in March has not yet been received, you have stated that it will be returned in circa 14 days which is quite pitiful considering you took these funds within minutes of my purchase. You have held these funds for over 3 months knowing that you hadn't purchased the tickets and didn't have the honesty to contact me to explain this or instruct me to make new reservation due to your incompetence.
Your apologies for the service you have provided have unfortunately been automated and insincere, I just hope that you get your act together as your company standards and methods are extremely questionable. Following this experience your company and staff will have a lasting effect of my perception on who can be trusted in the future.

After my last 2 reviews, I am now happy to say Jessica and Sarah came to my rescue. They have now resolved all the issues I had with Airwaay, also managed to resolve the issue I had with my E Ticket and I’m very grateful for their help. Untrustworthy and Misleading Booking Experience .Avoid at All Costs
I had a deeply disappointing and frustrating experience with this agency. After booking my ticket through their website at a clearly advertised price, I was later contacted and told that the fare was “no longer available” and that I would need to pay more to keep the booking. When I refused, they informed me that the ticket was non-refundable and non-changeable, despite the fact that I never received the service I paid for.
It was only after a lengthy argument and insisting on my consumer rights that they agreed to issue a refund, but even that will take 3–4 weeks, which is entirely unacceptable. This practice feels like a deliberate bait-and-switch tactic: lure customers in with low prices, then demand more money after booking while holding their funds hostage.
This experience was unprofessional, misleading, and completely erodes trust. I will never use this agency again and strongly advise others to stay away. Be very cautious if you are considering booking with them.
