Airport Pickups-london Anmeldelser

Our driver Santokh drove us both from the airport to the hotel and also back. He was great both times, on time, friendly, clean car, and so helpful. Our ride into the city took a long time because of an accident and he was open to taking us straight to our first sight-seeing location of the day instead of the hotel.

Very easy to book..on the day our driver Sukh was very helpful and professional. Very nice, clean and comfortable vehicle. Would definitely recommend.

I was left stranded at City Airport despite booking days in advance. I said I needed a baby seat for my baby and I checked in on this aspect of my booking and yet they sent a driver without a car seat. They said there was a switch or driver but failed to give me any notice. If I’d known even when I landed as opposed to an hour later when the pickup was due, I could have made an alternative arrangement. The lady tried to say I should just hold my baby for the hour trip despite that being a risk to my child’s life. Child seats reduce death in a crash for babies by 70%. It’s physically impossible for an adult to hold a baby throughout the impact of a cash. I think it’s unacceptable to try to force this on me. Instead I chose to be stranded by myself with a baby and suitcase, which was horrible. Also note there was no apology.

Excellent experience with Airport Pickups London! Our driver, Santokh, was punctual, professional, and incredibly friendly. He arrived on time, helped with our luggage, and made the ride smooth and comfortable. He was knowledgeable about the city and provided outstanding customer service throughout the journey.
There was even water and snacks ready to go in the van.

The vehicle was clean and comfortable, and the entire pickup process was seamless. After a long flight, it was a relief to have such a reliable and courteous driver waiting for us.

I highly recommend Airport Pickups London, especially if you have the opportunity to ride with Santokh. I would definitely use their service again.

Punctual and smooth ride

We had a great experience with pick up from the airport to our accommodation. Santokh, our driver was punctual, helpful and friendly. His car was immaculatetly clean and comfortable. The service was reliable and we would definitely use this driver and the company again.

Very good, driver there when stated, courteous and friendly. All together a very pleasant drive home

Very nice clean cab and very kind and nice driver we had

Can thoroughly recommend this company. Booking was really easy, they made contact via WhatsApp more or less straight away. Double checked information to make sure all was correct. We arrived earlier than anticipated, contacted the driver and he came to pick us up almost straight away. Very clear directions where to meet. Pick up vehicle was really clean and tidy and the driver was very personable. The rate charged was also very reasonable.

As usual perfect service to the airport, never had anything but extremely good experiences with Airport Pickups
