Very courteous, efficient and helpful

As expected, our driver arrived on time, was efficient and helpful. We were confident of his driving, and the vehicle was comfortable and well maintained.

Excellent experience. The driver arrived 15 mins in advance, communicated clearly, extremely polite. They even provided a booster seat, i forgot to request it.

Our driver Zabi gave us a perfect trip from Heathrow to York. He was very kind and curteous which made the trip time fly past.

I set up a transfer to London Heathrow earlier in the morning that I needed pick up. The transfer was 'accepted' by the company so I thought we were good. Turns out we weren't - because I had 'booked so late' they didn't have a driver available for the time I requested. I should have just cancelled it at that point but they told me they would only be 15 min later than my original requested time so I thought it wouldn't be an issue. Well, between the driver being late and it taking 1.5 hours to get to Heathrow (I had allotted one hour) we ended up having to race through the airport to get to our flight - it was a mess. To make matters worse - I followed along with my own google maps as we were driving and multiple times he made route changes that added time rather than saved time. I try to give folks the benefit of the doubt when they know an area and I don't, but it was clear we likely could have gotten there sooner than we did if the driver had just stayed the course. I'm not saying don't use this company - I'm just saying be aware - book days ahead and give yourself plenty of time. As a small business owner myself - if I didn't have the staff to fulfill someone's request I would have just refused to take the job rather than cause a customer more stress.

I ordered a pickup at Heathrow for a relative.

We booked for the driver to be there 50 minutes after landing time, and then the company has a 30-minute free waiting time as per T&Cs. The passenger met the driver 86 minutes after arrival, so we were 6 minutes late.

They should have just accepted this, or at most charged £15 per their T&Cs, but they insisted on charging £20 and that this had to be paid in full ahead of departure.

The driver said he couldn't accept card (contradicts their T&Cs). My relative did not have GBP cash on her, and the driver wouldn't accept USD.

The solution was for their offices to generate a payment link and send it to me. This caused stress, several phone calls, and an unnecessary 30 minute wait.

Friendly, efficient, went out of their way to be helpful

Driver and vehicle were great. That made the price worthwhile. Would be useful if driver's mobile number was given on the day as it helps 'in the moment' communication that happens once the flight has landed. Tricky having to predict how long after landing for driver to pick up and more useful if driver tracks the flight arrival to assess when to show up. Would use this service again.

The driver was on time and did a professional job.

Driver was waiting for us very polite, unfortunately conveyer wasn’t working for luggage. So we were late for pick up and got charged extra £15.00. Pick up service may need to take these things into account. Other than that really great service keep it up

Great experience. I used Airport PIckups-London for my arrival and departure for a month long trip. The price was good, and the service was excellent both times. It was easy to book, and I quickly received confirmation via WhatsApp. I was even about to track the driver on my arrival at LHR. Would book again.

Sukh arrived at our pickup location early, didn't mind waiting for us, and then drove us safely and comfortably to Heathrow Airport. Couldn't recommend this service enough.

If I could give this company a zero rating I would. I booked an airport transfer for my daughter and when I didn't receive a confirmed driver 15 minutes before the scheduled pick up, I contacted them to enquire where the driver was. They then took 30 minutes and 7 repeat phone calls to clarify that the driver was 2 minutes away. By this time the transfer was late and when the driver contacted me he was an uber driver who then had his trip cancelled by Airport Pickups. We ended up having to pay another larger amount to the uber driver as we were left with absolutely no choice but to use the Uber as by that time the scheduled pick up had lapsed by 25 minutes.
Airport Pickups-london is now not willing to cover any additional costs despite following the e-mail request process for compensation and are saying that the Uber driver cancelled the trip. If we wanted an Uber we could have booked one in the first place.

Khalid was the best, smooth ride in about 45minutes. picked me up at national theatre to heathrow t2 on a very hot day in london with public transports having a few troubles and cancellations.

I had a great experience with driver Santokh. We ended up getting through customs and baggage earlier than expected and Santokh gladly accommodated to an earlier pickup time with little notice. The entire experience was very simple and enjoyable.

It gives me no pleasure to give any business/service a 1* review. The good points first- booking was simple, driver was at the airport on time, quality of the driving was acceptable between collecting my elderly parents at Heathrow and arriving in Bath. On encountering roadworks and traffic in Bath things fell apart. The driver called me (waiting at home) with the following: he is stuck in traffic; the road is closed; he cannot turn around; he suggests dropping my parents (aged 80 and mum on crutches) on the side of the road and I can make arrangements to fetch them (!!!!!); he yelled at me when I suggested a route (as I actually live in the city and am familiar with the area); driver hung up on me mid conversation. On finally arriving, he remained rude, confrontational and aggressive, refused any assistance and told my husband to ‘just take the bags and go’. I relayed the entire experience to management privately via email giving the driver an opportunity to respond/explain. He denied all allegations (despite there being 4 witnesses to events as they had unfolded). Management have to date (despite the exchange of numerous emails) failed to apologise for this appalling experience. If you’re reading this, I’d strongly suggest moving along and selecting an alternative option.

I decided to use this company based on reviews. Here's my problem. Several emails back and forth - California and the UK. We needed two transports - one from Heathrow to our London hotel and then from our London hotel to Southampton. Prices in emails, told the quote was incorrect, another quote given and then an invoice for both transfers, with different prices. So what do you believe. Printed off the invoices and we left on vacation. Dropped off at our London hotel and paid the driver cash, told that wasn't enough. Took out my invoice, showed it to him, told it was wrong. I asked him to call his boss. His boss proceeded to tell me that the invoice was wrong, argued with me and to get rid of the situation, we gave the driver 10 more pounds. Knowing that this was the same company that we were using five days later - you cut your losses. The cost to Southampton did not match the invoice. I wouldn't trust this company again.
