Ordered a portable split and was advised it was sold to another csutomer so would I accept a better unit for the same price and a long delivery. I did (29th June was order date) and they were very good and received the goods today as promised and all is great. I can see a lot of 1* reviews and I think with the UK having 5 heat-waves demand has been crazy with unrealistic expectations.

I am extremely happy with my experience with Aircare Appliances. The customer service was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. George was incredibly helpful, friendly and professional, and really went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly👍

I received my air conditioning and I couldn’t be happier with it. It’s so refreshing to deal with a company that genuinely cares about its customers.

Ordered 11th July now August 13th and heard nothing from them taken nearly £400 i understand it’s been exceptionally hot but don’t take orders if you cant fulfill them

Contacted about an air cooler, knowing most places were taking pre orders only didn’t have much hope, however, they said would be with me by end of the week if I ordered promptly. Ordered & delivered by the end of week as promised.

Emails were replied to promptly, cooler is great & will allow us to continue working in the forthcoming heatwave!

Delivery was quick.

Fantastic service. George was incredibly helpful and true to his word providing a next day delivery service.
His knowledge of the products that would work for my needs was greatly appreciated and accurate.

Ordered a aircon unit a month ago i cant get through to anyone and it was a significant price. The delivery date has come and gone. thinking this might be a scam company!

Once i posted this i was contacted and my appliance did arrive as promised and is as described.
legitimate company however contacting them is not easy.

Had a very good experience with this company. Terry gave me heads up via email that Meaco 14k and 16k will be in stock at a particular day and time. And we had no issues buying. Compared to the Meaco own website where everything was sold in seconds, bought by bots and was reselling the next day at 3x the price. We bought 14k and 16k with aircare appliances, both were delivered quickly. It was a life saver for us, being pregnant in 3rd trimester with a toddler in such a ruthless heat which never ends was just unbearable. I am really thankful to Terry for those heads up.

The order was delivered smoothly and without issues. The team helped with the enquiries. Would definitely recommend.

Terrible service no replies to emails VERY LATE delivery and ZERO customer service!! NOT recommended. Only sent item after being threatened by Credit Card company

Overall really good. Was let down by another company. Reordered with this company in the middle of a heatwave. Yes there was delays in answering emails but they openly admitted they were being inundated and was only a small company. I think most other negative reviews are probably impatient.

Product Received as per website description. Excellent service. In a supply chain crisis due to ongoing global shortage, Aircare Appliances has been incredibly helpful in providing us with our product. I am really great to George and his team for working non stop and to get orders out.

Aircare replied to my comment,saying I have been refunded the money as requested.I have not received any refund at all!

We purchased an aircon unit for our office as ours had broken - it coincided with the heatwave! The customer service team were really helpful and communicative when the order took a bit longer to arrive. The team even chased up on whether I'd received it without me having to email them. Great service, great product and would not hesitate to recommend in future.

Managed to get a 14kBTU Meaco portable air con during the heat wave with shortage of stock everywhere. Aircare shipped it within 2 days, I’ve only just got it but I think that’s down to Parcelforce rather than Aircare. The retail price was slightly inflated but tbh was happy to pay it because you can’t get these anywhere atm and probably won’t be able to for many months. All set for the next heat wave. Thank you.

I just wanted to say that the compact aircon unit AA put in for us last year has been a complete life saver in this heat wave. It keeps our bedroom lovely and cool in the day. Which is remarkable as it faces the sun and without the unit had been reaching some insane temperatures ! At night on the quiet setting it means a cool blissful nights sleep. Will def be getting a unit for downstairs next . Thanks AA

Certainly recommend the company.

Excellent customer care. The website doesn't show live stock numbers - but you wouldn't expect that from a small business - and the item I'd ordered was temporarily out of stock, but no issues in getting it refunded. For anyone keen to support small, customer focused businesses, especially at a time less scrupulous businesses will me coming into the A/C market, I'd definitely recommend Aircare and will use them again.

Placed order 9th of July promised 2 day delivery, and still waiting 17th July. Customer who has issues with seizures still waiting for installation . Called company numerous times and promised a call back still waiting, not happy at all !!!! Customer service very poor

I ordered a all in one unit and received a call the next day to arrange the survey and was told then that install *should* be the following Wednesday at 9. I had a missed call the next day and when I tried to call back or email I was faced with the bot answering service and one email response saying if I had had the survey that it should be ok. Wednesday came and I was concerned I hadn't had any further Comms and got through to the man who had done my survey...He explained they had had subcontractors let them down and were very snowed under and playing catch up. I felt he was honest with me and he offered to refund me owing to the delay and I said I'd rather bear with them and I'm very glad I did. Steve did everything when he said he would, arranged delivery and fitters who were great and now I have exactly what I was hoping for. Honestly I feel for them having been caught out by a perfect storm of demand, supply issues and unreliable subcontractors. I think if they could get on top of the admin to get back to queries quicker everyone would be happy. Steve who I dealt with seemed honestly caring and helpful and professional and checked in with me on install day to make sure all was going ok. I would say bear in mind what the market is like this year and bear with them. I would also suggest that everyone hates the bot answering service haha. My very sincere thanks and I hope things get easier for you. All being well I'll be looking to get a second unit for upstairs when I can. Thank you! ac9326
