Very helpful support staff as ordering an air conditioning unit was new to me. Product is excellent and an ideal solution to installing effective air conditioning with minimal fuss

I'm really pleased with the installation, it was done neatly and quickly and I have had no problems at all with it. It was a bit delayed in getting installed due to an issue with a truck on installation day, but they cam the next week and it was all very smooth.

The work, installing a Luxair, was scheduled and completed satisfactorily. We were kept informed prior to the work taking place and contacted afterwards. A professional team and we are happy with the installation.

Aircare Appliances put my interests before an easy sale: I came to Aircare Appliances to order a specific product which I had researched online (monoblock air con). One of the directors phoned me to discuss the install and identified a likely problem (vents would have to go through Mansard sloping wall with tiles, while that monoblock system is designed only for a vertical wall of solid materials). I then got a local builder in who confirmed the assessment. Aircare Appliances could have just taken my money, but instead stopped me from making an expensive mistake. Thank you!

The fitters were on time, very professional fit, no mess lying around. The units are excellent and give good heat when required. The A/C was a godsend on the warm late summer days.

Good customer service

I had purchased a dehumidifier that was an upgrade from the one I had but when I started using it I found that the controls were too complex compared to the one I had. I explained the situation to Adam, and asked to exchange it for the model that I was happy with. He immediately contacted the manufacturer (a British company) who agreed to the exchange if I would return it. Adam sent me an email with full instructions of how to return it which I followed. While waiting for the refund I went ahead and purchased the new unit, which arrived the very next day. I am very impressed with the customer service both pre and after sales. Thank you, Adam, for resolving the issue without any fuss whatsoever.

Contacted the company with my requirements and was called back by George who was extremely knowledgeable & great to deal with. Would highly recommend.

I wanted to upgrade my Russell Hobbs dehumidifier so I called rang the customer support number & George Wrigglesworth promptly answered.

He steered me to a stocked Brolin BR7DD that he said would be perfect for my small cellar that I instantly bought.

It arrived day after & it does the job perfectly. Aircare has my vote of confidence and a pleasure to deal with.

bought a product from this company mid October on a Wednesday, paid extra for delivery by Friday for it to turn up on the Monday so not a good start. then when I set up the fire it didn't work gave off no heat . have a video of me nearly touching the fire with absolutely no heat being felt. small amount of heat given off at top of fire . I organised three pick ups with manufacturer, through this company for them to fail to turn up every time. I then spoke to the only guy that seems to answer their phones told him I was done but this point over a month and out of pocket for something that doesn't work. organised a pick up from them that actually turned up agreed on phone that as soon as they got it I'd get refund. now on 5th December I'm still out of pocket and he's now back tracking saying he can't refund me till fire is tested. he never once said this on the phone I was told I would get my refund when they got their product back . livid is not even the word for it. I have never had an issue like this before and to be lied to is ridiculous. they changed what they say every time you speak to them. I am waiting for a manager to contact me on Monday morning 7th December to discuss this. why should I be out of pocket for something that hasn't worked and I can prove it .

I have to say I was sceptical as to whether I would receive my order after reading reviews on Trust Pilot about this company. I can say though that after a bit of chasing up with them my order finally got delivered this week. You just have to persevere with the phone calls if you’re at all concerned.

The air conditioning unit arrived promptly, but the box appeared to have been opened before delivery and was damaged in several places. The damage extended through the protective polystyrene packaging.

I contacted the company to arrange a return. Communication was inconsistent — I often sent multiple emails before receiving a response. They did arrange a collection, but I had to follow up repeatedly to find out when this would happen.

The unit was collected almost three weeks ago, but my refund has still not been processed. Initially, the company stated they had not received the return, even though they had arranged the collection. Fortunately, I had taken photographs of the DPD van at the time of collection and was able to obtain proof of delivery from DPD directly.

Since providing that proof, my emails requesting an update have gone unanswered. Phone calls go to voicemail, and the mailbox is full, so no message can be left.

I have now had to request a chargeback through my credit card provider to recover my payment.

Based on my experience, I would absolutely not purchase from this company again.

Bought an air con unit recently - we got such good customer service and support when they had stock issues and ended up with a brilliant air con unit - it’s now so much easier for my young children to sleep when it gets hot and we all function better because of it - so worth it! Thank you!

Steve was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. The installation was problem free, the engineers arrived on time, did a good job and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. Overall we're very pleased with our aircon (and nice and cool). We wouldn't hesitate to use Aircare Appliances again and would recommend to family and friends.

I have purchased two well priced items from AirCaire, one during the recent UK heatwave.

Initially, the communication was lacking and I was concerned as I had ordered through a third party site. I couldn’t get through to AirCaire and thought the worse. However, out of the blue, the item turned up, well packaged.

A week later a personal email apology for the delay followed along with an explanation of how AirCaire has been inundated with orders during the UK’s extremely hot weather. Extra staff have been taken on by the company and the owners have been working hard.

With all the online scams, it’s easy to jump to conclusions and not consider what could actually be causing an issue for a supplier.

AirCaire’s priducts are very good quality and their pricing competitive. Support a local company.

Excellent service from all at Aircare Appliances. We ordered during a heatwave and aircare lived up to their word and the Meaco 10000 was delivered as arranged. We have family members with health issues and we cannot thank Aircare Appliances enough for making their life a lot more comfortable. Best wishes to all.

I ordered a 12000 BTU portable air conditioning unit on Tuesday 8 July & Steve from sales (& indeed their website states) that delivery will be made in 1-3 working days & that you will receive a delivery estimate upon order confirmation. I should have read the other reviews first - I have phoned multiple times - there are plenty of people on reception to take a message & “pass it on” but no one calls back, you cannot speak to their non-existent “customer service team” & they promise that they will respond to emails in 24 hours. Still heard nothing. Do not order from this company they are not to be trusted.
