Just an amazing experience, one of the top medical insurances (and I have been on about 4 medical aids before). The service we received via the phone to the prompt response and action that they took to get my baby to the hospitals casualty department, was simply amazing. Wish I could remember the agent and nurses name we spoke to because they truly are a gift to their profession!
