After ordering some yeti items I…
After ordering some yeti items I belived to be instock as this was shown on the website, on to have half my order turn up then a email saying we are waiting on a delivery and you should have you items very shortly 3 wer are very sorry emails later and still not here. This is false advertising as you would more than likey have a automated system telling yopu your stock levels you are delibertly lying to people to take there hard earned money and make them wait for items you DO NOT HAVE. These where ordered on the 24th July still waiting as of 11/08/2026

Don't bother - false promises
Don't bother! They don't actually have the items in stock and string you along saying delivery will be in 2-5 days but then on 5 days they say their warehouse has had a delivery delay. Farce of a company. They have no way to speak to someone on the phone, their live chat says call this number and the message on the number says use the live chat. Their e mails don't get responded to in less than 24 hours and when they do they are not helpful just more stringing along. Avoid at all costs

Direct, personal resolution
The speed of addressing the issue of one shoe of as pair not fitting properly was very good. Livvy is a gem. She acted quickly, directly by phone, did what she said she would do and everything worked. Can't ask for more than that, a customer's dream.

Stock issues!
They seem like lovely people but their stock system is all over the place. Ordered two pairs of jeans in June, one arrived and one turned out to be out of stock. Kept the second pair on order for dispatch end of July. End of July came and no jeans arrived and was then told that they weren’t coming in at all. That order was refunded and I bought 2 pairs in a different size and was told that they would do everything to get the order out asap. Waited 3 more days to then be told that these too were out of stock with a restock date of September!
Consequently, I have had to give up with A Farley.

Totally dissatisfied with your service …
Totally dissatisfied with your service . When I placed my order 7 th July I was expecting a quick delivery. There was no indication you did not have them in stock& you took payment in full.
I now have had 2 emails from you to say it is further delayed & if I am lucky may get it in August.
Had I known it would take this long I could have bought one immediately at a store. This was supposed to be for our holiday in our Motorhome next week.
Looking at the reviews this appears to be common practice.

My New Go-To Equestrian Store
Excellent equestrian store with a fantastic range of horse clothing, riding equipment, feed and accessories. The staff were incredibly attentive, friendly and knowledgeable, taking the time to answer questions and offer helpful advice without any pressure. It was a pleasure to shop there, and I’ll definitely be returning. Highly recommended for anyone with horses or an interest in equestrian life.

probably an exception to the rule
Great customer service from Livvy, prompt, polite, and resolved quickly.
“Why isn’t this a 5 star review?” I hear you ask.
Because I should not have had to deal with customer services at all.
The item I wanted was available to order despite being out of stock.
Inventory management was poor, so they lose a star, other than that, everything else was spot on: order updates etc via email were regular, staff were great, ordering was easy. This is probably an exception to the rule.

Poor, no contact phone number. I had to email to chase my order which was a slow process.
I chased order one day before 5 day delivery time scale, to receive an abrupt email back saying it had not been 5 days. Chased order after 6 days to be told they do not have stock of the item!
Selling items which they do not have stock of. Would not use again.

I can see your order was placed on our standard delivery service of 2-5 working days (courier cut off time is 2pm). There are currently no notes on your order indicating of any problems or issues and therefore, I can see the last working day to receive your order is Monday 20th of July.

Review now updated, hopefully you are now able to see poor customer service and remember sending emails.
In future just be truthful, and tell the customer the item is not in stock.

The 28th arrived after much hassle with the robot (you can’t physically communicate with this company) I’m told it’s not even in stock. I now hope I’ll get my requested refund.
