We ordered a Yeti Roadie on 10/8 to take on a camping trip on 20/8
On 14/8 we received an email to say there would be a delay. Trying to contact the company via telephone is not possible as it just plays a recorded message then cuts off. The live chat is just AI - eventually after 2 days of trying, Freya picked up my complaint and handled it very efficiently ensuring that the yeti arrived on 19/8 in time for our camping trip. Thank you Freya.

Order placed on 16/7 - 3 golf gloves and 4 boxes of golf tees. Delivery indicated 5- 7 days.
Split in to 3 shipments (which seems weird from 1 warehouse).
Shipments 1 & 2 arrived after 12 days.
Still no sign of shipment 3 despite e-mail chasers and chat bot engagement - not very user friendly and need to keep the chat box open and uninterrupted until someone responds (up to an hour). Chat deleted at least 3 times.
No phone number for Customer Service - pushed online - which suggests either they don’t really care or are inundated by queries due to poor service.
Customer Service is Nil stars.
V frustrating.
I wouldn’t waste my time with this lot - buy local. May cost an extra couple of quid but the time wasted chasing isn’t worth the saving.

Refunds take a long time!!!
I personally wouldn’t order from this company again as the refund process is very lengthy! Also, they offer a refund price of £9 pre paid, also don’t bother with that, send it via your own method, it cost me £5 to send with Royal Mail (tracked)

Slightly delayed delivery but good item
I placed my order on 6th July, and it took longer than expected for delivery (15th July - a week and a half after ordering). However, the service was good, the item is great, my other half is really happy with his birthday present (the Yeti Trailhead chair - which although is very pricey, that's the price Yeti charge, so I didn't have a choice there, although I was grateful for the 10% off voucher for my first order!).
The company got in touch with me a couple of days after my review to apologise for the delayed delivery. I will definitely order from here again.

Poor customer service and unfulfilled order promise
I placed an order online for shoes that were noted on the web site to be in stock. I received confirmation and an expected delivery date of 5 working days. After 3 days I checked the order progress to see that the shoes had not been despatched. I emailed customer service and was assured that the shoes would still be shipped in time for my expected delivery date. I checked the tracking again on my expected delivery date and noted the shoes had still not been despatched. I emailed customer services again asking for an honest response as to whether the shoes were in stock. I didn’t receive a reply. I managed to find the name of the customer service manager and emailed her asking for a response. This did prompt an apologetic reply stating that the shoes had not been in stock, but were expected to be in time for my shipment, however they didn’t have my size. No mention of a refund. I therefore emailed again cancelling my order and requesting a refund, to which I did not receive a response. I had to email yet again to complain and finally received my refund today.
The whole customer experience of dealing with this company has fallen well short of satisfactory. Poor response from the customer service support team, who can only be contacted by email, a lack of transparency and honesty throughout.
I would not recommend dealing with this company.
