Their prescription form is very restrictive and they don't tell you what went wrong. They just tell you something went wrong. Also, they failed to get in contact with my doctor even though the information is publicly posted.

EDIT: Note that their reply is 1 month after I posted my review. By this time I've figured the issue out myself and it's not worth investigating further. They have my name and can find my account if they want to dig up the records of what happened. This is the kind of company you're dealing with if you work with them. Lots of handholding required.

Process was quick, simple and easy and my order shipped to me within 3 days.

I didn't use the pump yet but it was easy to order and fast delivery! I used it with my first baby too. I'm happy with my free breast pump and that I got this option. They usually pretty expensive.

Easy to move through the website but it’s not always enough reviews about products offered. I got my pump (eufy s1) but its usage is complicated which is hindering my milk flow. The pump came fast once insurance was approved.

Aeroflow was so easy to use! I picked what I wanted, printed o it a prescription form and gave that to my provider to fill out, uploaded it and three days late my pump arrived! The packaging was amazing and this all took less than 7 days. This site and the people are incredible!

Getting my breast pump selected and ordered and covered by health insurance was so easy! I found the insurance verification process incredibly easy: the user interface works really well. Once I was verified, I found navigating my options also very easy: filters work great and most importantly the price was upfront so I could compare very easily. I ended up going with a different pump than intended. I wish they’d chill on hawking the free milk storage bags though! I am curious what it would be like to order replacement parts since it wasn’t something I could do on this first round. Shipping was fast and free. No complaints!

The duo double pump comes with everything you need that's the only thing is the pump does not suck as good as it should?So my milk is drying up, but shipping was very fast.I'm just waiting for them to fix my order.So that my baby can have the milk that she deserves
