This company is a scam. Never received my order. Customer service just responds to my emails with an apology for delay but won't provide shipping details or a refund.

DONT PURCHASE, ITS NOT REAL
I do not think it is a real company. They don't answer emails, and they don't have good customer service so it is most likely a fake email. DO NOT BUY FROM ADORELLA. I have been scammed. It has been over a month and i have not recieved my order as it says that they wrote the address wrong so it had to be sent back to them. I mentioned that it was their fault that i had not recieved my order as they were the ones that had printed the address label wrong. I had written it correctly. I have still not recieved my package or had an email back.

I ordered a dress, thought it would arrive as it should have. It has been one month and 9 days. 39 days. I have still not received my order and i have contacted Adorella directly 3 times and have not received anything back. I have not received a refund.

So sad, I loved the pieces and was looking so much forward to wearing my Born To Die camis and shorts but they haven't arrived and now Adorella is not responding to my emails. I just want my clothes, I really fell in love with them

Girls please don’t buy
Girls please don’t buy! Quality is awful for the prices that they charge and you cannot return items, you can only get store credit. When I’ve emailed to ask for the return information they have the worst customer service ever and told me to scroll down on the website and find it. But I have already done so and I cannot find any return address!
